We booked a private sedan transfer from Noi Bai International Airport to our hotel, and the experience was very smooth. Mr. Tho was punctual and waiting for us on arrival, which made everything easy after a long flight. He was friendly, helpful, and handled everything professionally. The car was clean and comfortable, and the drive into Hanoi was relaxed and efficient. Communication was clear throughout, which gave us extra peace of mind. Overall, a reliable and hassle-free transfer service—definitely a great option when arriving in Hanoi.

Before my trip, company reached out to confirmed my booking and provided me with contact number on day of arrival. On the day of, driver reached out to me promptly just before I landed in Hanoi. He provided me with directions on where to go once I’m cleared immigration and exit the airport with luggage. Pickup was quick and driver got me to my hotel in Old Quarter with no issue. He was helpful and courteous.

Our food guide was very friendly and chatty. We had him to ourselves so we could ask him lots of questions about the food but also about Hanoi and Vietnam. He was very open about his food choices and his life, and asked us all about ourselves too. He was very easy to get on with and clearly enjoyed showing us his favourite places to eat. He also ate with us which was great. His food choices were lovely....nothing too adventurous or out of the ordinary...just good food.

This was a last minute booking I made the night before and as it ended up, we were the only two in our group, so it was a private tour for my husband and myself. The tour guide, Jim, was very friendly and informative and took care to explain everything we were seeing. We had a great time and would definitely recommend the jeep tour to anybody who wants to see the sights in Hanoi. He even offered to send us suggestions for other things to see and places to eat, which we appreciated.

We had a wonderful 3-day experience, including one night on the cruise and one night on Cat Ba Island. The cruise and the scenery were absolutely beautiful, with many different activities and very delicious food. We explored Cat Ba National Park and visited a wartime cave with a stunning view overlooking Lan Ha Bay. In particular, our hotel 5* on Cat Ba Island was located right on the beach of Lan Ha Bay — a breathtaking natural wonder of the world. We also booked a private car back to Hanoi, and they were very professional, arranging a vehicle immediately at a very reasonable price, especially during the Lunar New Year period. Meanwhile, we saw two other guests at our hotel asking around everywhere for transportation, but in the end, no company had available cars because during Lunar New Year, most drivers stop working to celebrate with their families. We felt truly lucky because our experience was worth every penny we spent. Most importantly, all 18 members of our family were happy together. That was the greatest gift of all — something no amount of money can buy. Thank you for organizing such a professional tour in Vietnam and for giving us so many meaningful experiences connecting two natural wonders of the world.

I booked this transport from the airport to the Old Quarter. Our driver met us right outside of the main door with a sign. Everything was easy smooth sailing! We did not experience any issues. I forgot the driver’s name, but the vehicle had custom interior and was very comfortable.

Han was an excellent teacher and I thoroughly enjoyed this class. We got plenty of time on the wheel and got to make a lot of different creations. My piece was ready to go in a few days and Han was communicative during the whole process. A must do in Hanoi especially if you’re into arts and crafts.

This was a great experience, It was my second time in Hanoi and I wanted something very different to see Hanoi. Food excellent, coffee on Train st a highlight. Money my guide spoke excellent English. As a 60 plus single woman, I loved this experience.
