Before my trip, company reached out to confirmed my booking and provided me with contact number on day of arrival. On the day of, driver reached out to me promptly just before I landed in Hanoi. He provided me with directions on where to go once I’m cleared immigration and exit the airport with luggage. Pickup was quick and driver got me to my hotel in Old Quarter with no issue. He was helpful and courteous.

The driver was in contact with us as soon as our plane landed, and he gave details as to where to meet, including photos. Great service and no hassle. Would definitely recommend!

I felt compelled to write this after a very trying travel day. Mr. Tho was my savior. My plane from Narita to Hanoi was very delayed. Another hour getting through immigration. In all, almost three hours late. I assumed my driver would have bailed a long time ago (and I wouldn't blame him) but there he was waiting for me. I could not believe it. I was really not looking forward to trying to find a last minute taxi late at night. I am truly grateful for the way above and beyond service. I look forward to using you again!

I used Viator as my transportation from Hanoi airport to my hotel upon arrival in Hanoi. Viator is easy to use and a very safe and reliable source of transportation. The communication was good and I was met immediately outside the airport by a driver holing a board with my name. I highly recommend Viator.

This was a smooth ride from the airport. There's no problem at all ... the driver was waiting for us with our name. He was very friendly, nice and professional.

Dropped off at exactly the right place
Our driver wasn’t at the designated meeting point and wasn’t holding a sign with my name as we were told he would be. Took us about 15 minutes to find him. I had higher expectations of the car but it was clean and the ac was cold. The driver was on his phone sending messages and taking screenshots and checking messages the entire drive to our hotel, barely paying attention to the road and driving much slower than the flow of traffic.

Loads of “taxi” drivers offering rides at the airport (scammers) so I always rebook and pay for services before arrival.
Driver was good however spoke no English, and I enjoy talking to locals so a bit disappointing not to be able to communicate.
Experience was exactly as advertised. When we landed I had a WhatsApp message from the driver. All went smoothly.
Airport pick up was relatively easy. Communication was good via WhatsApp. Driver dropped us off at the wrong hotel, about a 5 minute walk from the correct hotel. He also tried to charge us although we had already paid through Viator.
Driver was not at airport when we arrived. After traveling 24 hours, I hired them to pick us up so we wouldn’t have to wait. We could have taken a taxi much faster. He finally showed 30 minutes later. Not a 7 passenger vehicle. My suggestion- hire someone more reliable.

In fact my driver had been holding the sign with your name at the airport since your flight landed. But there are many different arrival gates at the airport. You might get out by a different gate from his. He tried to call to your mobile number but there was no signal. Therefore he had to walk around the airport to find you. Anyway I am so sorry for this inconvenience.
We arrived and hour late but our driver was still waiting. We were able to communicate via whatsapp and met up outside terminal ok.
I have had excellent experiences arranging airport to hotel taxis with Viator! Using Viator simplified the process greatly, and the prices are often cheaper than catching a ride at the airport or other arrangements i have made. The taxis have always been prompt and the drivers courteous.

This transportation service did exactly what they said they would do. Our flight was two hours delayed, but they were there right on time and took us strictly to our hotel. It was a great service.

Busy airport took a while to track down the guide, otherwise very friendly and efficient service. Transfer time is 45mins to French quarter, crazy traffic.

Driver didn't speak English and made the communication difficult. He didn't follow the suggested route and made it little bit stressful. But he took us to the destination.
I suggest people to install the Grab app and book a ride which is very dependable.
