Great communication and service right to my hotel door at midnight. So nice to have a pre booked and prepaid ride waiting for me after a 30+ hour journey to Hanoi. Loads of “taxi” drivers offering rides at the airport (scammers) so I always rebook and pay for services before arrival. Driver was good however spoke no English, and I enjoy talking to locals so a bit disappointing not to be able to communicate.

Airport pick up was relatively easy. Communication was good via WhatsApp. Driver dropped us off at the wrong hotel, about a 5 minute walk from the correct hotel. He also tried to charge us although we had already paid through Viator.

Driver was not at airport when we arrived. After traveling 24 hours, I hired them to pick us up so we wouldn’t have to wait. We could have taken a taxi much faster. He finally showed 30 minutes later. Not a 7 passenger vehicle. My suggestion- hire someone more reliable.

In fact my driver had been holding the sign with your name at the airport since your flight landed. But there are many different arrival gates at the airport. You might get out by a different gate from his. He tried to call to your mobile number but there was no signal. Therefore he had to walk around the airport to find you. Anyway I am so sorry for this inconvenience.

Driver didn't speak English and made the communication difficult. He didn't follow the suggested route and made it little bit stressful. But he took us to the destination. I suggest people to install the Grab app and book a ride which is very dependable.

Probably works if your flight is on time

Our flight was delayed and we notified the company. However, we waited at the airport for 20 minutes. No one came so we contacted the company. They said they would send someone it took an extra hour. Once the driver came. He got us right to our hotel

Thank you for your comment. However you did not notify us the new flight number. So my driver still checked the former flight number provided on the booking and knew it still lands at the correct time (no delay) therefore he waited for you at the airport for more than 2 hours then tried to call you but no reply. So he left the airport. After you landed in new flight number and texted to us we had to send another driver to come to the airport. Therefore it took time for him to drive from outside into the airport in sudden notice. I am sorry anyway!

Everything was perfect. I would recommend, I was sent WhatsApp messages of where to find them. I was worried as it took me a long time to get through passport control but they waited for me. Car was clean and air conditioned. Good value, safe, convenient.

Very reliable. Tho was our contact person, and was waiting outside at pillar 11. It was hard to find the sign as it had several names on it. But we manage to communicate on whatsapp. We had to wait a bit, as our car and driver needed to be called, and they mixed up our specific booked car. Even though with the mishap, the journey was good and we felt safe all the way to our destination.
