The car was on time as requested. The driver was so nice and polite. He even helped with the luggages. Last but not lease, the communication with the tour coordinator was excellent. We're so grateful for all his helps.

The communication with the company was excellent. I knew exactly what time the driver would pick me up, and he even arrived a little earlier than scheduled at the hotel lobby, which I truly appreciated.
During the trip, he communicated with me using a translation app. However, he made a few comments that made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I understand there may be cultural differences, but he asked why I was traveling alone and not with my husband (I do not have a husband), asked my age, and commented about whether I was close to 70. He also asked if I was “not cool” because of the way I was dressed.
When we arrived at the airport, he asked me to pay for the toll fees. I did not mind because the transportation was inexpensive, but I was not aware beforehand that the tolls were not included. I gave him 100,000 Vietnamese dong, which I had planned to give as a tip anyway.
Overall, the pickup was punctual and communication with the company was very good, but I would suggest setting clearer expectations about toll fees and maintaining more professional conversation with passengers.

I am Hoang, the Manager of the company. I am so sorry for this inconvenience and the shame of the driver asking you to pay for the tolls fee while it was included in the fare already. I will work out with the driver about this issue. as this issue never happened before.
The driver was on time and asked us which airline and what flight and actually tracked if it was still on time to ensure we were at the AirTag needs for an international flight!
Great and efficient service. The company communicated with me prior to pickup. They provided clear instructions and the driver was there to pick me up when I arrived.
I booked this transport from the airport to the Old Quarter. Our driver met us right outside of the main door with a sign. Everything was easy smooth sailing! We did not experience any issues. I forgot the driver’s name, but the vehicle had custom interior and was very comfortable.
TDI, the taxi company in Vietnam was very professional. The driver was punctual and careful; came on time in sending us off to the airport. The trip was easy and comfortable. Thank you!!
Dangerous and frightening experience.
Driver fell asleep several times. Was swerving back and forth between lanes. Could barely hold half the speed limit on the highway. I had to shout at him at one point as he was headed to hit the side barrier.
He also arrived with no gas. Stopped for gas, but didn’t put anything in? At least one tire in the vehicle was possibly flat adding to his inability to hold any sort of line on the road.
I was very close to forcing him to pull over to wait for a different vehicle.
Pure luck we actually arrived safely.
Driver was more or less on time and drove safely to the airport. Good price, i would recommend if you need taxi to airport

We used their service to get to and from Ha Noi airport to/from city hotel. For our group of 4 i was looking for a transit, as a 7 seater was sometimes too tight for the 4 of us + luggage, and they were offering this service.
As others have stated, communication was a bit challenging. they didn't send a confirmation and didn't answer when I send a message via Viator. but then I tried contacting them by whatsApp, and they answered promptly. so just use whatsApp if you need to communicate with them.
The drives in both cases were on time and drove safely. the cars were comfortable.
so I would defiantly recommend using this service

Although we did not receive driver confirmation until a few hours before our trip, the driver came to our hotel in Old Quarter on time. Even though there was a lot of traffic, he got us to the airport in plenty of time to catch our flight.
Very prompt and efficient driver. No issues at all with the actual service. The reason why I have rated low is due to the lack of communication prior to the departure. Aside from confirmation at point of booking, I received no further information to confirm car / time / hotel etc. I used Hanoi Transfer Service for the transfer out and they contacted me the day before with the driver details and reg number which reassured me that my booking was accepted, which was reassuring and helpful with knowing how to make contact if anything were wrong on the day.

No update from Driver. Did not get any message from the operator before the pick up until i messaged him. Kinda disappointed on this service.
For every traveller, transport to and from the airport is the top concern. We are first time traveller to Vietnam and we're very disappointed because we experienced not being picked up by the driver to the airport and we almost missed our flight waiting for the driver. I hope we get a full refund of our money as we paid in full. And we didn't received any service. The local operator said the driver overslept and apologized to us. He affirmed that we will get our refund.
The driver was very friendly and arrived 10 minutes before the required time.

Amended my departure time from 8a to 730a. Change never communicated to local provider, so car didn’t arrive and I ended up taking an alternative.
I texted Viator (didn’t have local contact) but didn’t hear back quickly enough.
Perhaps if the confirmation had listed the time and not just the date, the problem might have been avoided.
The street my hotel was located on was closed to traffic unexpectedly. My driver worked quickly to find an alternative way to contacting me and getting me to the car. Impressed with that level of service.
