- The hotel name or the destination details (street name, house number...) is also important . You need to give in the booking special notes if you cannot find your hotel list in the app search.
- Our vehicle will drop you at hotel lists given. We also drop you in Hanoi Old Quarter and other areas in the city (you should mention your hotel name in the booking).
- For international arrivals, our driver will hold your name sign standing next to the pillar numbered 17 outside the arrival lobby entrance doorr.
- For domestic arrivals, our driver will hold your name sign staning in the arrival lobby.

Dear customer,
we are so sorry to hear the story. However the feedback was very misleading and wrong. You gave us a wrong flight number (Korean Air 24, from San Francisco to Seoul, not to Hanoi). Once the booking arrived we sent the messages 2 times on Viator app asking for the correct flight number but no reply from you. And 5 hours later than the pickup time given you called us urgently (approximate 23:30) asking where the driver was. It was really impossible. Hope you will be more responsible and be honest about the posts.

We are sorry to hear this. Upon checking we found out that our driver waited for you patiently at the meeting point (the pillar 10 outside of the arrival lobby). The meeting point instruction was also written clearly in your voucher but you did not read it. We also tried to call you but your phone did not work. Until we got a call from a person at the airport saying that you were waiting inside the arrival lobby, the driver reached to your location right after that. We suggest that you should learn more about how to book online and read the voucher information carefully before giving the misleading feedbacks.

If your flight is delayed :
It has been my experience a couple of times that it has been difficult to find designated driver and even had to ring another pick up when our flights in vietnam were delayed over an hour the car wasnt at the pickup point to pick us up so we had to pay for another car when our first ride had already been paid for on line. In future i will not book and just get driver outside airport. Easier.

Honestly, you booked a transfer to pick you up from the airport but you gave no information except your name and pickup time (no flight number, no hotel name for drop off, no contact number...,). At least you need to give us your flight number so that we can know where to meet you (at the domestic or international arrival terminal). Our driver arrived and waited for 1 hour and half but got no message or call from you even our hotline written in your voucher. It was very easy to schedule this transportation, communicate with the driver and locate him after picking up our luggage at baggage claim. When our flight was delayed by 3 hours due to a mechanical issue, the driver was still there and ready to drive us when we arrived.
No prior communication on pick up and no driver to meet at the airport. No support when calling or messaging until after I had arranged alternative transportation.

we are sorry for the pickup failure. The instruction was clearly written that the meeting point was at the pillar 10 outsie of the arrival lobby. However, you did not go there. Our driver was waiting there almost 1.5 hours but could not see you. Untill we saw your missed call. Once we called back via WhatsApp, you said you were in a taxi. You should give your contact in the booking so that we could reach you for pick up. You booked a service but left no contact. We sent a message via the app but no response from you.

I booked a pick up for 5 people could only take 4 no help from company to send another vehicle to airport my daughter and her boyfriend had to get a grab which was another expense I also had a return transfer booked with them which I cancelled because of poor service and incorrect information

We are sorry to hear this. Howver, you should be honest with the posts. Your group has 5 adults and 1 child of 5 years old, plus 5 cabin suitcases and 5 bags. You should book a van but you chose a SUV option to save money. Once you met the driver and the car, the driver could not load all into the car. We suggested a solution that we would arrange an extra car with extra costs but you were very impolite giving bad words to us. You kept saying that you must have an extra car without extra payment and you keep threatening us that you would post a negative review if our team would not offer extra free car. Obviously it was your mistake, not our mistake so we would rather accept a wrong revenge from you rather than obey your unfair requests. This is not a right way to make money. We think that your negative post will not mislead others. The return ride was denied by our team. We hope that you stop doing this way to other operators. It is not very nice anfd totally wrong. You will get the outcomes in the future.
They never showed up to pick us up! She had to get another cab and pay again. This is not what we expect from Viator!

We arrived at Hanoi airport on time. However, due to multiple flight arrivals it took us 1 1/2 hours to clear immigration and then collect our bags, once out of the airport our driver was a no show and we had to arrange a taxi to our hotel.

You booked a flight but just gave your name and landing time (no contact number, no hotel name for the drop-off, no flight number so we cannot know where to wait for you, domestic or international arrival). We sent our messages via the app asking for flight number but no response. The worst thing was that you just called us 2 hour after the flight landed to ask where the driver was. In stead of blaming, you should learn how to be more responsible and how to manage the work. Good luck!
Very good experience. The driver was very professional and car was very clean. The ride was good and we arrived on time without any issues. The driver helped load and unload the luggage and was very helpful.
Great easy pickup. Nice car. Good driver. Will definitely rebook in the future. We had 6 adults, 4 big bags, 2 golf bags, 4 cabin bags. All fit nicely
Prepaid for a noon pickup, but no car by 12:30. Couldn’t contact local company via WhatsApp, but a local woman assisted and got through to them. Had no record of reservation! They did send a driver who had some difficulty locating our hotel. The ride was rather harrowing but we arrived without incident. Not a satisfactory shuttle experience in general.

You booked an airport pickup at 12PM but gave no information except your name (no flight number, no hotel name for drop off, no contact number...). Our team sent you messages several times via the app asking for the information but no replies from you. In Noi Bai airport, there are 2 terminals (domestic and international arrivals). Our driver did not know where to wait for you and he chose to wait at the interantional arrival. You had our WhatsApp contact but you did not send any message. Luckily, you gave our contact to a local woman at the airport and she helped call us. She gave us your contact and we easily found you on WhatsApp then sent you WhatsApp messages. And then and our driver met you 3 minutes after that. We hope you should learn how to book the service online properly.

Some confusion with meeting as the driver had the wrong name - but he contacted us on whatsapp and we were able to find each other. (airport has wifi). The rest of the trip was smooth and we would book again.
Easy to find the driver, but not to communicate with him. The vehicle, an SUV, was dirty outside and a bit shabby inside. But if you’re tired, and you want to avoid the aggressive cabbies at the airport, it’s a reasonable solution.
Smooth pick up, beautiful car, professional driver. He knew the best route to take us. Zero problems, all went well.
seamless experience of booking till drop off... Flight was late but still no issues.. The driver was ready for us and the car was clean neat and had enough space for luggage.

We are sorry to hear this. However, we hope your review should be honest. You booked a car for your customers but you saved the budget in a wrong way. The group has 5 people and you book our car (MPV/SUV). The car fit 5 people but they brought 6 big suitcases, plus 5 carry-on suitcases and 5 handbags. Obviously, the car could not fit all (You should book a van which is 10 USD more expensive than a car). Your information "the driver picked up some parcels in the way to deliver to others" was totally wrong. Indeed, the car could not fit all, so your customers asked us to arrange an extra car to carry their lugguage and they paid 12 USD extra. They had a international arrival and obviously they would have too much lugguage. You are also an operator and you should know this and should not save in this way.
We hope that you should not do this for your future customers.

I arrived and there was no driver. I contacted them by WhatsApp. And the driver was there within 10 minutes.
Non English speaking driver although ticket said there would be.
No name board held up so we refused to jump into a car that was not clear to be Hanoi Transfer. Many hagglers around the exit terminal.
No answer to my 2 phone calls.
Eventually we were picked up by the driver who held up the name sign.

We are sorry to hear your story. Indeed, You booked for an airport pickup but you gave no flight number, no contact except the landing time 14:30. We sent a message through the app asking you for the flight number so that we could know where to meet you (at the domestic or international terminal). However, we got no response. Our driver waited for you since 14:30 at the international terminal and could not see you. We decided to let him leave after 2.5hours waiting. Approximate 17:00, we got a call from a person saying you were waiting at the airport but no driver. We talked to you and explained that the driver left after 2.5 hours there. You said your flight delayed and kept asking that why the driver did not wait for you. We again explained that you did not give us the flight number so we could not know how long it was delayed. Eventually, we still helped you to look for another car at the airport (because we thought you may have a mistake in giving details in the booking). After 5 minutes, the car arrived but then again complained that the car was not a brand new car as you expected. We again helped to find another car. We think that you should have apologized us for the missed information instead of writing some words in a story with much of missing information. We hope you will learn more about making online reservations.

Apparently the provider tried to contact us about pickup details while we were still in the air and was upset that we didn't respond. We had to call them on arrival to get someone to the airport. Not impressed.

Then we left another message saying "if no flight number, the ride could be not successful because we could not know you would land at the domestic or internatipnal terminal' Obviously, it was true and it doesn't mean we were upset. And as a result, you landed at the internarional terminal while our driver were waiting at the domestic. Until then you called us to ask where the driver was. We told you to wait 5 minutes so that we informed the driver to move to your place. You said "not impressed" and we understand that. However, your booking without detailed information was really "impressive". We think that you should learn how to say thanks instead of complaining in some situations. We hope that you should be more careful in giving more details when making any booking so that you will get a sooth service.

We explained the situation and to you we would help to arrange another and it would arrive in 20 minutes. You said you could not wait and took grab. As i dont have a lot time to catch the shared shuttle departure time i asked if they can wait for me a bit and they said they cant wait even a bit they depart sharp and then they were late for 40 minutes and they did not let me know this in advance and kept me stressed
