They immediately communicated with me about our pick up time and confirmed location of pick up and my requested time change. Driver arrived early, sent me a message when he arrived and met us at the hotel entrance. I highly recommend this service, it was a seamless and stress free way to get to the airport through a heavily congested city center.

This was by far the best experience. This company was in constant communication with me starting with checking in with me several days before my scheduled pick up, and then once the driver had started to make his way to my location and then once again when he arrived. He arrived a few minutes before our scheduled pick up and was very courteous. The van he picked us up in was also very clean and stocked with bottled water. I’m very grateful for this company taking the stress out of getting to the airport after our cruise.

The driver waited over an hour for us at the Athens airport. After standing in a long line to clear customs, we finally managed to find our way to the luggage carrosel. Saw a lot of drivers holding signs there, but our name wasn't on any of them. Could not find the driver's number, but Viator put us in touch. Driver told us to go throuh the glass door to the Arrivals area. No signage and couldn't see any glass doors. In the distance we saw a man walking back and forth trying to locate a door. The glass was frosted. Couldn't see a door or what was behind the frosted glass panel. Fortunately, another man came along the glass panel opened. We walked through the obscure opening and finally found our driver. He waited for us so long he had to park his vehicle. We had to wait for him to retrieve it, but were grateful he didn't leave without us. We still had a very pleasant ride to the cruise port afterall.
