Mykonos Small Group Tour

We had a wonderful experience on the Mykonos Small Group Tour, made even more enjoyable by our fantastic guide, Terry. Our tour began in Mykonos Town, where we walked through the charming Little Venice area and visited the iconic windmills. From there, Terry took us to a beautiful panoramic viewpoint at the lighthouse where we were able to take in the incredible scenery and views of Mykonos. We then visited the quaint village of Ano Mera and the beautiful Panagia Tourliani Monastery. Our final stop was Elia Beach, where we had time to relax with a coffee while enjoying the gorgeous blue water and sandy beach — the perfect way to end our tour. Terry was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and a wonderful guide throughout the day. He shared so much interesting information about Mykonos and made the entire experience relaxed and enjoyable. We highly recommend this tour, and if you’re lucky enough to have Terry as your guide, you’re in for a great day!

Remember most drivers do not have access into the baggage pickup area, you will have to go to where they have access outside. When we did Hercules was there with a sign and a welcoming smile. He was very courteous, helped us with the luggage and whisked us off to our hotel for our weekend stay in Athens. On the way he told us about history and tourist attractions what to do and not to do. He suggested we contact him if we needed anything else. All good, looking forward to my next visit to Athens!!

Fantastic boat trip

Armin our boat skipper was just fantastic. We stopped at the caves and swam twice. I was a bit nervous at first but he was reassuring after the caves and a brilliantly speedy boat ride he took us to a beach. As a solo traveller the guys at the beach got me a deckchair food and drink. I spent a blissful time there until it was time to go back. I did say to Armin that it was the best boat trip I’ve ever been on. As a solo woman traveller I was treated with so much respect

It’s a nice little island...

It’s a nice little island with many small paths to explore. Very interesting to stand in the crater of an active volcano (even if it was a bit smelly !). Our guide (Martha) was absolutely brilliant, caring about everybody and making sure we were all present for the buses and boats.

Tour was great, tour guide exceptional. Only negatives were the: - location of most of the hotels were often out of town and meant we were unable to further explore at the day’s end - although lunch is your own expense we were taken to places where there was no other venue but the one chosen by our tour leader. That being said, the food was fresh, plentiful and tasty, there were several menu options to choose from.

IIlias was so professional and kind. Passport control took and hour and a half and he was patiently waiting out in arrivals. He helped with my luggage and gave me water. Great service, but Uber Taxi is cheaper in central Athens.

Our driver was great and the ride was as expected. However, we did not know that Uber works with the Taxis in Athens. This did not make sense for us since we were in central Athens and could literally get a Taxi in 1 minute and it would have been cheaper. This is a much better option for someone further away where Taxi service is not readily available or when you have several people and can't fit in a standard Taxi.
