Upon arrival, it was easy to spot my guide who was holding a clear sign with my name on it, which immediately gave me peace of mind after a short flight. The guide was polite, welcoming, and professional, and helped me feel comfortable straight away. The vehicle was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a smooth and stress-free journey to my hotel. Everything was well-organised from start to finish, and I appreciated the punctuality and efficiency. I would definitely recommend this service and happily use it again in the future.

I got no response from the operator via text, phone, or email until after we made other arraignments for transfer and after we landed and found our other driver. Once that happened the operator text stating we went with the wrong driver. When we tried to explain what happened, via text, the operator ghosted us.

They never showed up!!! Thankfully there is another taxi service at the airport. I scheduled my time at 9am and they never communicated with me beforehand and said they tried calling me on WhatsApp but I don't have it so they still tried steeling my money and rejecting my refund.

This is a scam do not use!!

I am seeking a refund. I arrived at the airport and contacted the company regarding pickup location. There was no reply. I looked at their pickup point on their site which was a 39 minute walk from the airport. I reached out again and had no reply. I still have not been contacted by the company.

This is the first time we have to give an unprofessional response and we are sorry to whoever see our response to you! Indeed it was so easy you looking at arrivals and find your name , but instead you walked out of airport and try to find us in middle of nowhere when we never give you this information! Horrible experience when we arrived the company was no where to be found and rejecting our calls. Once we got a hold of someone they couldn’t give us estimated wait time as they were calling someone to find additional people to add to shared ride. Very disorganized. Any time they have us to wait ended up being wrong and then they just completed disappeared. They didn’t respond to my messages again. Do not book them. We waited an hour before leaving. Viator didn’t even stand behind their booking and fact we were not provided service we paid for. Instead they told me the lies the transfer company told them. They very very disrespectful to me and my family

A great experience! I was contacted the day before confirming pick up and the process for pick up from the airport. Day of arrival was great as they were there upon arrival. Once we had our luggage we exited and our driver was there. We were quickly transported to our hotel. I would use them again.

The driver was at the airport waiting when we arrived. He took care of our luggage and promptly took us to our hotel in a very comfortable BMW M series car. The hotel porter was not available when we arrived so the driver carried our luggage from the parking lot a few minute walk away and down the steps to our hotel. We were very pleased with the service.
