Our driver will wait at the airport or port for up to 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. After 30 minutes, it is the traveler's responsibility to contact us.

We had a Mercedes van to pick us up from the hotel to the airport. Driver was about half an hour early but we were already there so it’s perfect. Happy with the ride. But there is no complimentary bottle of water.

Rafael was great. On time, and when we asked him to take my 79-year-old mother on a quick tour around the island he did and he even walked her to the cable car to make sure she got on OK. I can’t say enough about how grateful I am.

We took a 3 hour private tour. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide! Makis was so knowledgeable, prompt, kind and friendly. When he realized we may have extra time, he took us to the black beach which was not on the list. We learned a lot about the island and its history. By the end of the three hours, my husband and I had become friends with Makis and were sad to say goodbye.

The driver was very nice, was on time, but could not find our hotel Pegasus Suites and Spa and basically decided to drop us off in the market square. I pulled up my GPS to show him where to go. He did try to get us closer but gave up. We walked the last two blocks. Turns out there was a way to drive to the hotel. It was confusing but he lives here, I would have thought he would know how to get there.

I understand your frustration with the driver not being able to find the exact location of the hotel. However, please note that due to the unique location on the caldera, it is indeed not possible for cars to access the hotel directly. This is a common challenge in Santorini, as many hotels on the caldera are situated in areas where vehicular access is restricted.
Our drivers and transport providers are well aware of these limitations and always strive to drop guests off at the nearest possible point to minimize walking distance. It seems there was some confusion in this instance, and I apologize for any discomfort this caused you.
We appreciate your understanding and hope this experience did not mar your overall stay in Santorini.

Le chauffeur était présent à l’heure convenu avec un véhicule neuf et propre. Service très courtois et amical. Je recommande fortement cette compagnie.
