Our driver will wait at the airport or port for up to 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. After 30 minutes, it is the traveler's responsibility to contact us.

Easy deal! We walked off the ferry, and our driver was waiting with a sign with our name. Very informative driver who filled us in on historical and good tourist things we needed to know.
Was waiting right outside the airport for pick up. Was on time. Got us to our hotel and even coordinated with our hotel to make sure someone was there to get our bags. 5 star service
He sent me message earlier to make sure we will meet later in the day and I emphasized it at 9 pm not at 9 am (21:00).
The driver was on time and friendly. My plane arrived early and the team did their best to accommodate me with an earlier pickup

Our flight ended up getting in about 30 minutes early. Messaged the driver and just got back the company saying he would show up. The driver ended up showing up 10 minutes late to the scheduled time. Normally I wouldn’t have an issue. However, all the other taxi services picked people up on time or early

We would just like to clarify the circumstances. Your flight arrived approximately 30 minutes earlier than the originally scheduled time, and as soon as you contacted us to let us know that you wished to be picked up earlier, we responded immediately and adjusted our scheduled appointments so that our driver could reach you as quickly as possible.
Our driver was able to arrive only a few minutes after the newly adjusted pickup time. Unfortunately, traffic conditions in Santorini can be unpredictable, particularly during busy periods, and these circumstances are outside of our control. We made every effort to accommodate your earlier arrival and to minimize your waiting time.
We therefore feel it is a little unfair to suggest that we did not make an effort to be there promptly, especially since the original pickup time had been changed at your request. We completely understand that waiting is frustrating, but we hope this clarification provides some context regarding what happened.
We nevertheless appreciate your feedback and will continue doing our best to provide our customers with reliable and professional service.

Our hotel wanted to charge us $100 Euros for an airport transfer.. Trip is about 25-30 minutes. Car was clean and relatively new. Better than calling an Uber, as you would wait for them to arrive. With this service they will be there when you tell them.
Driver was 20minutes late !!
Thus which caused a lot of anxiety. The car was so south but we got there on time.
Perfect experience. great vehicle- very spacious and comfortable. Our driver was waiting for us and our flight even got in early. No issues! Will book again!
The driver was waiting for us at the port and was so helpful. Due to the sheer numbers of people arriving, the remote location and the scarcity of taxis…private transfer is a must…and this company was 5 stars.
We used this service for airport pickup and drop-off the pickup was great the dropoff not so much.
No message from driver before hotel pickup confirming they'll be on time or just general communication.
Bad Communication: I messaged throguh viator at 10AM confirming they were picking us up when I received a message finally from the driver letting me know he's leaving me in 3 minutes because he has another ride.
No AC Windows Locked - driver had windows locked and AC was off, if we're paying 50€ for a ride we should be comfortable.
This service is highly dependent of the driver you receive as mentioned earlier our airport pickup was great!

Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you were happy with your airport pickup.
However, we would like to clarify what happened during your departure transfer. Your pickup was confirmed for 10:00 AM. On the day of the transfer, you requested to change the pickup time to 10:30 AM because you were not ready. We also spoke with the hotel, who confirmed the situation. Unfortunately, we could not accommodate this last-minute change because we had other scheduled transfers and passengers waiting to be picked up on time. At no point did we confirm a new pickup time of 10:30 AM.
Our driver arrived at the agreed time, waited, and contacted you before informing you that he would have to leave in order to avoid delaying other customers. We always try to be as flexible as possible, but we must also respect the schedules of all our guests.
Regarding the air conditioning, our vehicles always have either the air conditioning on or the windows available to be opened, depending on the passengers' preference. If you were uncomfortable during the journey, you were welcome to ask the driver to turn on the A/C or unlock the windows, but no such request was made. It is also worth noting that the same driver provided both your airport pickup and your departure transfer, yet only the return journey received criticism.
We respect all feedback, but we believe this review does not accurately reflect the service provided or the circumstances surrounding your departure transfer.
The transfer was very easy from the port to our villa. It was easy to identify the driver and he was very quick to load our bags and get us on our way.
Respectful driver and even helped us to carry our luggage. Nice and short trip. I would recommend using their services.
Super easy and worthwhile to have someone there at Santorini airport after a long flight. The car was very clean and spacious enough for our luggage. The driver knew our hotel and called them to arrange the meeting spot with the hotel’s porter as we were staying in Oia.

Both drivers we had taking us to and from the port to our hotel were SO NICE. They were very helpful and made sure we got to the port on time for our ferry.

We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience, however your review does not reflect what actually happened.
Your scheduled pickup time was 19:30, and despite the delays on your side, our driver arrived on time and waited for you. He also attempted to contact you several times by phone and message, but unfortunately received no response.
You later contacted us requesting that we continue waiting, and we explained that, as clearly stated on our website and booking terms, customers must inform us in advance about delays. Even so, our driver remained at the pickup point until 20:30 — over one hour after the scheduled pickup time.
After that, you decided to leave by taxi without informing us. We also have full proof of our communication and call attempts and would be happy to provide it if necessary.
We always do our best to accommodate our guests, even beyond our obligations, which is why we feel this review is unfair and misleading.
They were so flexible when I accidentally booked the transportation for the wrong time and location. The car was super clean and the driver courteous. Will use again!
