I will never forget the day that a dear friend of mine taught me how to make a Dry Martini. I was amazed with the emphasis on the detail and the passion that someone needs to put in making it. This is what made my friendships stronger or created new ones. I believe in the human connection. Especially when this comes from simple things like food, a drink, a swim. There is no better way to get to know someone than teaching how and then having a drink.
