Koffe made our recent...
Koffe made our recent tour truly exceptional. His captivating insights and incredible enthusiasm transformed the experience into an unforgettable adventure for everyone. He wasn't just a guide; he was the highlight, ensuring we learned immensely while having a wonderful time.

Great tour if you don’t...
Great tour if you don’t want to just wander around Old Town without any idea what you’re looking at. Grant was very informative and a great guide. Also helps that his accent was not super thick and hard to understand. Having pre-purchased castle tickets was especially great since they can be sold out 5-7 days in advance. Definitely recommend this tour.

Spooky Edinburgh!
Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. We booked the world famous underground ghost tour not quite knowing what to expect, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip.
Our guide, Jock, made the whole thing. He stayed fully in character as a soldier the entire time, and his commitment to the role took the tour from good to unforgettable. He had the perfect balance of eerie storytelling, dark history, and genuine humor, and he clearly knew the material inside and out. The underground setting is atmospheric on its own, but a great guide is what brings it to life, and Jock delivered.
We laughed, we got a few good scares, and we came away actually knowing more about the history down there. If you get the chance to have Jock as your guide, count yourself lucky. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting.

Castle with Sonia
Dress warmly. Windy and chilly even in August and the wind is unbelievable. A good raincoat a must. The castle is stunning and awe inspiring . Don’t miss the was chapel. The windows are amazing. Sonia was a fantastic guide and made sure we had all the information we needed to see everything.

Amazing, informative walk along The Royal Mile
Our tour guide who is with Edinburgh Guided Tour was phenomenal! Knowledgeable, clear in communication, patient, and mindful of the challenges a tourist faces navigating the streets, stairs, narrow passageways of a centuries-old city, Dr. Alison Duncan treated us (a small group of six) to a three hour well paced and informative walking tour along the Royal Mile. We hit all the major sites along the way, including several lesser known gems. We were never really aware of the time and before you knew it, we arrived at the Princes Street/North Bridge bridge in time to witness the 1 o’clock gun fire from the Edinburgh Castle. We had started at 10:00. Well worth the price!

Good overall view and history of Victoria and high street and Edinburgh castle.
James, tour guide, was informative, friendly, welcoming to all from around the world. Made connections and made everyone feel heard. Explanations and descriptions of events were well presented. Would recommend this tour to every one. There are stairs (up and down) and steep grades for walkers so if unable to do so, you might have to skip this tour. 11 am tour allows you to see 1 pm cannon at Edinburgh castle.

Good Old Town history on foot
Don’t forget to bring an umbrella or a raincoat since it rained frequently and did several times during the tour; there’s not any shares of shader cover. Very interesting Tour with stories, history and cool sites. There is not too much walking & we got the history and some places we might not have found on our own and it made the whole trip more enjoyable. Great guide, Matt.

Excellent guide
Our guide was fantastic - Even though she was from Spain she has lived and worked in Edinburgh for many years. She definitely knows the city. Her English was clear and easily understood. I am coming back to Edinburgh with myself husband soon and I hope to do this tour again

So worth it!!
Ask about the additional route. It costs a little more to do both. We didn’t have time to do the other route by the time we found out about it but we definitely would have if we knew ahead of time. Great way to see the area. Sitting in the top area of the bus is recommended. Depending on weather of course.

Surprising (in many ways) one of the most fun things we did
This surprisingly became a highlight of our trip. We thought we were just going to get a walk around and told what things were haunted and why…. No our tour guide started with a detailed explanation of all the torture methods of the time. Led us deep into the vaults added a few jumpscares in (nothing crazy the kids in our group had a good laugh) and really immersed us into the history of the vaults. We added this tours as a last minutes something to do later in the day, but after our 7 days of travel it is still one of the most fun things we did.

A must have walk while in Edinburgh
It was beyond our expectations- our guide was a fantastic storyteller- the walk was memorable- discovering lanes and alleys of Edinburgh with historical anecdotes. The murder and mystery stories were engaging and thought provoking too. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed the walk.

Definitely book!
Stuart was our guide on a rainy day and it was totally worth it! He’s a wealth of knowledge and helped us find areas we would not have found on our own. He also provided us with insight into many of the buildings we had passed by and made it a more meaningful experience!
