Amazing experience
This exciting excursion was fantastic! The hike was strenuous but my 6 year old did it. Once at the top we went down probably 5 natural water slides through natural springs. Everyone had a great time. The staff was kind the facilities were clean. Then we had a wonderland lunch prepared for us and tried the local chocolate and rum! Great experience.

Book this tour immediately!!
My cultural tour in Higüey, Dominican Republic with Osvaldo was truly one of the highlights of my trip! From start to finish, it was an authentic and unforgettable experience.
Osvaldo was an incredible guide—knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about sharing the beauty and culture of the Dominican Republic. He made everyone feel comfortable and ensured we experienced the real local lifestyle, not just the tourist version.
The tour had so many unique and memorable moments. We enjoyed a peaceful horseback ride through the countryside, which was absolutely beautiful. Visiting the local farm was fascinating—we learned how Dominican cigars are made and got to see the process of coffee and chocolate making firsthand. Everything was fresh, local, and delicious!
One of my favorite parts was walking through the local market, where we got to see everyday Dominican life and try authentic products. The traditional Dominican lunch was incredible—flavorful, homemade, and a perfect way to experience the local cuisine.
We also had time to stop for souvenirs and pictures, capturing some amazing memories along the way. Osvaldo made sure everyone was enjoying themselves and never rushed the experience.
If you’re visiting Higüey, I highly recommend taking this cultural tour with Osvaldo. It’s the perfect way to truly connect with the Dominican culture, people, and traditions. This wasn’t just a tour—it was an experience I’ll remember forever!
It also included hotel pick up and drop off in the Punta Cana area

Book this trip!
This was a phenomenal day trip! We got to see so much of the country side and beautiful Dominican nature. Having lunch in a tree house and swimming in a waterfall we're my highlights! Our guide, Carlos, was energetic, very knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about sharing his culture with us. We learned so much! Jason, the photographer, was lovely to spend the day with and he took great photos! Definitely let him take your photo all day and the buy them at the end. Our driver, Jimmy was also great! This was one of my favourite excursions across multiple all-inclusive trips to Mexico, Costa Rica, and the Dominican Republic. Don't hesitate; book this trip! It was a good size group about 14. Be prepared for long drives though. If you are in Punta Cana, it will probably be 12+ hours. If you are in the Miche area, it will be quicker. There are some bumpy roads, so wear a sports bra.

Saona Island with Quetzal
It was an amazing tour from start to finish. Service was offered fluently in English, French, Spanish. We had zero issues with any aspects of coordinating transportation to and from our hotel. It was all done for us. We just had to show up at our hotel gate. The boat was perfect. There were only 26 participants in the tour with ample room to spread out and make yourself comfortable. I struggle with neck and back issues, and had no difficulty tolerating the catamaran ride. There is a full washroom on board. The snacks and meal were fantastic. Unlimited rum and beer/ beverages all day. Saona island was stunning. We had a great massage on the beach. We only wish we would’ve had a little more cash on us so we could’ve indulged in a longer treatment. The price of the massage ranged from $50-$90 per person. Everything was well organized. We felt safe and well taken care of all day long. We made many new friends from all around the world. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to journey to Saona island.

It was nice, the travel...
It was nice, the travel agent took us through all activities in his car, we were happy about it because we didn’t have to ride in a bus and wait in lines, as groups do, and afterward he took us to Macana beach and let us stay there for a while so we could enjoy. He also got me zip line and buggies experience tour more convenient, as they initially didn’t pick up from my hotel. And hotel-airport ride rate is normal

we had a wonderful experience
When I book the trip, I had my doubt since it seems it has less review than other excursions. but it turned out wonderful; our two drivers who picked us up from the hotel of punta cana mainly speak Spanish but they are super nice and friendly; and one of the highlight is the staff from the company constantly update us the schedule by text or whatsapp and make sure we get informed and offer help if we needed; another highlight is out tour guy, a local from Santo domingo who knew every corner of the city;he is vigorous and friendly; you can tell he love his job and his city; my father is a big coin and money collection guy and he is so nice to take us around to help us collect all pesos of DR with the locals and stores;
we had a wonderful experience

We had Will as a tour...
We had Will as a tour guide and Christian as a driver. We had such a wonderful experience on this private tour. We learned so much about the Dominican Culture. This tour is nice because you are on your own time. You can stay as long or as little as you like as each stop. Will is very friendly and knowledgeable. I am so glad we found this tour and would highly recommend it.

An exhausting day of fun and exploration with the best guide
The hike was strenuous but worth it. Wear water shoes. You'll be glad you did. Our guides were so helpful and kind. The perfect day in the DR! Hiking thru the rainforest, sliding and jumping from waterfalls, riding buggys thru town, on the beach, and thru mud plus a great tour of a cocoa farm. Such a great way to spend the day - totally exhausted afterwards.

The Opposite of Antiseptic Tourism!
Our guide, Robinson, said this tour is "No Mickey Mouse, no blah, blah, blah," and he was right. We rode in close quarters in a full van from Punta Cana through various small communities and on into Higuey. Robinson kept us informed about what we were seeing and where we were going. The horseback ride was short and fun. The cathedral was beautiful. The shop for buying souvenirs and the tour of the local marketplace were good. Lunch was tasty Dominican fare. The time spent at the traditional Dominican home on the mountain was very interesting. Visiting the cigar factory was fun - and a good place to buy cigars at a reasonable price. There was rain when we got to Macao Beach, so we didn't stay long. Overall, a great experience full of local flavor, and so much bank for the buck.

Core Memories Made
Mendi was our very informative tour guide. My family was supported throughout the whole trip and the kids had a blast!
We were picked up at our rented condominium in Playa Dorada in an air conditioned bus. We made a few stops to pick up other passengers in other hotels. We made a quick bathroom stop about half way to our final location. We then got life vests and got on our speedboat. We made it to Cayo Arena were we got fresh fruits (pineapple, watermelon, bananas) , drinks (sprite coke), alcohol (rum). We were there for about an hour. If you have kids, make them wear their life vests in the water as the current in the ocean can be deceiving while snorkeling. We then rode through the mangroves sometimes at high speeds giving the kids a thrill. Once on land again we rode back to the same location we had used the bathroom, but this time to a different floor were there was a buffet that included rice, beans, fried chicken, pasta salad, and bread. There was also sodas and water available. Once everyone was done eating we rode to a cigar and gift shop. Once everyone was done with their purchases we began the drop-off at different hotels.

Catalina Island Catamaran Experience
Our trip to Catalina was so fun! We went on this excursion while on honeymoon and enjoyed every minute. The snorkel spots were awesome - had a lot of colorful fish and starfish. Definitely the best snorkeling I’ve done in the Caribbean. Our tour guide was very sweet and the service was great. They gave us sandwiches for snacks and a buffet of pasta, chicken, beef, salad and fresh fruit for lunch. They also offer sprite and coke rum cocktails with fresh lime - simple but delicious. We also appreciated having a small group for our tour. We’ve done tours with large amounts of people before and it’s just not the same. Having a smaller group definitely makes it easier to see everything and spread out and enjoy the boat. If I ever go back, I would definitely go on this excursion again!!
