A Highlight of our Cyprus visit

The tour information pick up was sent the day before by what's app & email & the bus was exactly on time! Anna our guide was brilliant. She was really informative, well organised with regards to returns to the coach & had a great sense of humour. Our driver was really careful on the windy mountain roads. The timings of the stops were well thought out with plenty of time to explore. We would certainly recommend this tour & thoroughly enjoyed every part of it!

Atlantis blue lagoon cruise

Very well organised by Atlantis. The guide Kipros is very friendly and knowledgeable. We arrived with a wheelchair user and nothing was a problem for them. We were able to take the collapsible wheelchair onboard and have the full experience. On the way to the blue lagoon several caves and coves are highlighted and when you arrive at the blue lagoon the boat is moored for an hour allowing those who want to swim enough time. Complementary fruit wine and soft drinks are provided. Depending on the conditions the return journey take around 40 mins. A very good experience and highly recommended for experiencing the blue lagoon.

Very responsive operator with clear instructions

Sadly, we were unable to experience this tour because the captain cancelled the port.. I will say that I did have some communication with Spanos Tours because of the uncertainty of the situation with the war that recently started. Spanos Tours answered my questions promptly. We were looking forward to our tour however the captain of the ship decided it was not safe to attempt docking in Limassol (due to weather conditions) and we continued on. I contacted Spanos Tours to advise him we would not be docking. Spanos Tours was very generous and has refunded the entire cost of the tour. If you are looking forward to our a tour in Limassol I can say that Spanos Tours was very easy to deal with and gave clear, concise information about the meeting point etc.

Amazing day

We just finished the food and wine tasting tour in the villages outside Paphos and want you all to know that the day couldn’t have been better. We had 2 other tourists in our group and the best tour to see not only villages and a variety of scenery, with the best , knowledgeable, and genial tour guide that we could ever ask for. We learned sooo much about Cyprus, had wonderful and variety of food and drink.

Magical day

Excellently organised and timings were perfect. Anna is a delightful guide and checks in with everyone and ensures all are well informed and doing well. The information shared was perfect and fun. Swimming in the Blue Lagoon was a highlight for me. We were so lucky it was so empty yet it was still warm. I swear the waters are magic too. I ended up meeting some beautiful people too. First time visit to the water park in Ayia Napa. We always come to Cyprus at the same time every year and always pay a visit to the waterpark in Paphos. Paid £181.00 for a family of 4 which is a lot more than we have paid in Paphos so checked online prices for both parks as i know prices increase and found Ayia Napa to be significantly more expensive than Paphos, so half expected it to be a lot better. Firstly, very clean and staff all very helpful, lovely layout, plenty of sunbeds and well maintained, manicured grounds. Cabanas can be hired around the wave pool for 50 euros. Lockers 7 euros each ( 2 euros refundable) but be aware the lockers are small and as a family of four, we struggled to fit our all stuff into 2. Was very disapointed that some of the rides were closed and others opened later or closed earlier in the day. Not sure if this was because it was late October and end of season, but never found this in Paphos waterpark. Feel this should be mentioned when booking or on arrival as for the price paid, i would expect all rides to be open. Overall, the park is great if you have a young family but with 2 teenage boys, there were rides with height restrictions/ weight restrictions that they couldnt go on and felt the rides are designed more for younger children. Felt we were ready to leave early afternoon after 3 hours in the park, normally we are waiting to be kicked out at closing time. Would not return but imagine its great fun with younger kids albeit a costly day out.

If you only had time to...

If you only had time to do one experience in Cyprus, you should totally pick this one! This entire day was packed with fun activities, something I couldn’t have been able to plan or organise by myself. It was a little capsule of everything one needs to know & experience about Cyprus. Our guide, Helena was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about sharing her culture & homeland with us. She was an excellent storyteller. The tour itinerary was expertly crafted with the right amount of time to savour each stop & provide a wide variety of food/drink/cultural experience that Cyprus offers. This was such a perfect way to benefit & benefitted by the local communities - 10/10 for social sustainability! The tour company, Cyprus Taste Tours was great in communicating the pick up times, they were punctual and provided a very comfortable car for the day. I immensely enjoyed the tour and cannot recommend it enough.

Great day out

Very interesting day out with knowledgeable guides. A good opportunity to really explore the ghost town and hear some of the stories of people whose family were there. We had George (Not of the jungle) and Dmitri who were both excellent. Only comment would be to fix the air con in the van!
