Awful customer service

Do not trust this company. We received numerous emails regarding the pickup, and including what the app said. This was incorrect information. When the bus did not pick us up we were told that we had received an email a month before saying a different pick up location which we did not get. Despite the app and every email saying one pick up location they have refused to give us a refund and will not answer why. There are much more trustworthy companies

Very disappointed!

The main reason we booked this trip was to visit Kourion and Kolossi castle. We only got 45 minutes at Kourion and most of that time was spent at the amphitheatre. We didn’t have time to go and see the rest of the city, ( which is what we really wanted to see) as we were told to get back to the coach. Included in the price of the ticket was entry to Kourion and Kolossi castle, but as I’m a pensioner, I don’t pay for entry to the government sponsored historical sites!

Lack of response forced me to miss this

When booking this tour I added the hotel address where I was staying. I arrived in Paphos, a pick up location for the tour, ready to take the tour the next day. When looking up the pickup location sent by Viator I realised that it was over a 6 kilometr walk from my hotel I emailed the day before the tour, alerting Viator to this problem and asked for an alternative pick up location. I also suggested that if that couldn’t be arranged, then I would like a refund. Not only did I never receive a response to my initial email but a follow up email hasn’t been acknowledged either. I fail to understand why anyone staying in Paphos in the designated tourist centre where there is a bus station/ car park used by every other tour company, including the “hop on hop off” that whoever Viator sub contracted this tour out to, couldn’t use the same depot. I was therefore a “no show” for the tour. No follow up from either the subcontractor or Viator. Very poor. Fortunately I was able to organise a private tour guide, and I did get to spend two days in Nicosia ( botharts). Well worth the time.
