My family and I had an amazing time and the tour became a highlight of our holiday. Christina was amazing in making us feel comfortable, was very knowledgeable about Cyprus and gave us endless recommendations. She was funny, hospitable and open. The wineries were each unique with interesting origin stories and all produced tasty wines, all paired with a great lunch at a local favourite restaurant. I couldn’t recommend this tour enough!

Personal tour (just 6 of us) with our driver guide, Elena, who was delightful, knowledgeable and made it feel as we were old friends. Wonderful way to see the beautiful scenery, taste some lovely wines and enjoy a delicious Cypriot meze in a village taverna.

The 3 wineries / tasting are excellent. Lunch was huge and very varied. Elena was very informative as our guide and driver . Have marked down to 4 stars as the minibus / van just was not big enough IMO.

Regarding the vehicle comfort... We understand that the seating in the middle row can sometimes feel a bit snug. Our vehicles, in fact, officially and legally seat seven passengers but for extra comfort we already keep one seat in the back row empty. Because most bookings come in pairs, if we listed only five tickets online, many tours would end up with just four people total, leaving two available seats unsold (rather then filling up) and forcing us to raise prices significantly. That’s why we keep six seats available.
If any seat feels uncomfortable on the day, just let your guide know - we’re happy to arrange a swap or rotate seats so everyone’s comfortable.

This was a really good trip.Three wineries with some great wines and a superb mezze lunch of local products.The monastery visit was the only slight downside where the ladies were asked to wear cover ups......apparently hadn't happened before.The guide Maria was knowledgeable and great fun

Hi David :) Thanks for this brilliant review! We're a bit disappointed that one full star was taken away due to the monastery requesting robes to be worn. This is customary in many monasteries and it's not really our place to ask for this to be changed. This stop was also in addition to the 3 standard winery visits we include and Maria stopped here as she was passing by. Really glad you loved the tour overall and that the main stops were enjoyed!

We had a fantastic time on this wine-tasting tour, hosted by the lovely Elena, who was an absolutely fabulous guide from start to finish. Her knowledge, warmth, and enthusiasm really brought the experience to life.
Our small group of four (just us and another couple) made for a relaxed and personal atmosphere. We visited three wineries and one fascinating monastery with an old winemaking facility—something we didn’t expect but really enjoyed. The wine itself was surprisingly good; we hadn’t realized Cyprus had such “goodish” wine, and we left pleasantly impressed!
The day was very well balanced overall. We stopped for a lovely lunch at a quaint village tavern, which gave us a real taste of local life and cuisine. The drives between stops were about 30 minutes each—nothing too taxing, and a nice way to enjoy the countryside.
All in all, a great experience we’d definitely recommend. Thanks again to Elena for making it so special!

Great day out with Maria, who was friendly and knowledgeable and a very reassuring driver. Beautiful views of Cyprus and a chance to taste so many wines - I counted 12, excluding the spirits! Really enjoyed lunch in the village taverna too. Also shout out to Raphael at Ezousa winery, who was the most engaging and passionate guide to their wines that they could hope for (they were also our favourite wines).

This was a wonderful day out. We were a small group which made it really fun. We drove through beautiful mountains and visited three great wineries as well as Chrysorrogiatissa Monastery which was so picturesque. The lunch was excellent and we even had time for a drink together at the last winery.

A great day visiting 3 wineries. Our host Elena was friendly, helpful and very informative.
There was plenty of wine to taste and we were pleasantly surprised how great the wine was.
Lunch was superb. A traditional Cypriot mere, fantastic.

A really perfect day out and a getaway from the more tourist-centric parts of Paphos. The mountain scenery is spectacular, the wineries are terrific, the lunch was delicious and filling and our guide - Maria - was relaxed and very easy to speak to. We had 5 guests on the tour which was perfect, all lovely people. While it would have been good to wander around the villages (for photos more than anything) rather than just drive through them, the timing of the tour is perfect as it is, as you never feel rushed and nor does the day drag on. Can highly recommend.

Myra was a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide. She provided a wide array of information about the island, especially the plants, food, wine, and topography. Lunch was a delicious highlight. We also enjoyed Myra’s efforts to get to know the group and make everyone comfortable (the tour included groups of four and two). Afterwards, Myra sent a lot of information and made dining recommendations. It was an enjoyable and thoughtful tour.

If you are looking for a great day out whilst in Cyprus and u love your wine we cannot recommend Cyprus taste tours enough. Myra was a great host for the day & if you needed to know absolutely anything about Cyprus she would have the answer. This is our third wine tasting excursion we have done but something about the Cypriot family ran vineyards felt so much more special & personal hearing their stories. How can I forget the “mini” meze lunch we had, there was absolutely no shortage on the food! A great day out and a must do whilst in Cyprus. Thank you for a great day!

We tasted an abundance of fabulous local wines at 3 different wineries, and especially enjoyed our time at Tsangarides. Visiting the monastery was a wonderful addition to the trip. What a day! A fab small group tour through the troodos mountains. Dimitris was very knowledgeable and organised a special birthday cake at the edro shipwreck for my boyfriends birthday which was a lovely touch. The wine tours were interesting and the monastery had the most amazing views. Definitely book this tour!!

I went on this tour in September with my partner and we were two people in a group of 6. We had Myra as our tour guide for the day and she was amazing, she really took the time to get to know us all and she told us a lot about the history of Paphos and the various areas that we travelled to. We went to three winery's in total. We went to two before lunch where we got to taste a lot of wine and we learned a lot about how the wine is made. For lunch we had a "mini maze" but it was more than enough food than our group could eat. If that was a mini meze I don't know what a proper meze would entail! Our final winery was our favourite, and we got to sample a lot of wine here. Each host in the various wineries took the time to give us a tour and talk to us as if we were their first tour of the day. I would really recommend this as a special day out in Paphos (or in the other regions that the tour is available). It's a really great way to sample local wines and not worry about who is driving home! Myra was a brilliant tour guide and a lovely companion for the day.

Highly recommend this tour! Our tour guide Christina was so knowledgable and made sure we got the most out of our day. Everyone at the wineries were so friendly and wines were so yummy. There is no pressure to buy anything either but the wines are cheap to buy if you wanted! The lunch at the local tavern was some of the best food we had eaten in Cyprus and the staff were so welcoming. Christina a few personal touches in by surprising our friend with a birthday cake and taking us to the sea caves and shipwreck on our way home, which we appreciated. Overall a lovely day and worth the money! :)

This was a great trip. Christina our guide was a lovely friendly lady with a vast amount of knowledge about everything Cypriot. There were 3 couples on the tour and everyone mixed very well. The wineries were interesting and we sampled some delicious wines and had a very tasty lunch.

Tour started in Paphos.
We were in a group of 5 people which was lucky as the vehicle used was quite small. I think if there was a 6th person which was a max for our group we would have struggled to fit comfortably in the vehicle.
Travel to the wineries was simple.
First location was my favourite, really nice venue, wine was great, full tour of winery, host was nice. Best wine was here in my opinion.
Second location was also nice, we had some bread and dipping oil plus some special liquors. Host was very friendly and welcoming. Very interesting place.
Lunch stop was nice, food was tapas style, meats and salad, all tasted great. Very laid-back location.
3rd wine stop was a monastery. This was the least interesting part for me. I would have been happy to skip this. No wine tasting here, just some knowledge of the monastery and its involvement in the wine industry.
Last location was a busy place, lots of other tourists, but it was pretty good, the wine was nice although there was no real tour of the winery. There was a museum there but it was very small and not that interesting.
We then left and headed back to our drop off locations.
I bought at least 1 bottle from each winery. The wine was very cheap, 4 to 6 euros a bottle. Great value.
Our tour guide was very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable, the whole experience was pleasent. The other people on the tour were all friendly as well. It was a good experience and I would recommend it.
The only thing I would change would be to swap out the monastery visit for another winery, but otherwise it was good.

Thanks so much for the mostly brilliant review! It should be noted that we work with all the Cyprus wineries and include different stops/winery combinations on almost every tour! So others reading this should not expect the exact same itinerary. With regards to the wine-making monastery stop; we do a sweet wine tasting here (and I also have photos of your group taking part in this :P) so I'm not sure why this was the negative comment. We also state 3 winery visits included on this tour and it would not be possible to add a 4th full winery visit due to time constraints and places closing. So we would hope that participants appreciate this 4th bonus stop and additional sweet wine we offer for tasting - all included in the tour ;)

Our guide Christina was first class from start to finish. Her knowledge on all subjects around the tour made the day.
The three winery stops highlighted just how far Cyprus has in wine producing. A real shame the wine is not available in the Uk. Lunch at a local taverna added to the experience along with a monastery visit. Highly recommend this tour.

What a fantastic experience. I booked this for me and my husband and we loved every minute!
Communication beforehand was really clear and we were picked up on time from our hotel.
Our guide was soo knowledgeable about Cyprus and wines so we found out so much interesting information. The mini bus was super comfy and driving through all the scenic parts of Cyprus was lovely.
The 3 vineyards were all so different but equally as good, it was really relaxed and I didn’t feel pressured at any of them to buy anything.
The Taverna we visited for lunch was brilliant, the food was delicious and again it was relaxed and we didn’t feel rushed at all.
We had such a brilliant day and this was topped off by our tour guide taking a quick detour home so we could visit the famous shipwreck!

Great tour, all the wineries were different, one old two new with funky architecture. Elena, our guide was knowledgeable and very friendly. We were never rushed and enjoyed a delicious meze in a lovely Troodos village. At the wineries each of our hosts was engaged and very knowledgeable. Well done Elena and Cyprus Taste Tours

Amazing tour with our guide Elena! My wife and I have done many wine tours through Europe and this one was amount the best. Perfectly organized with a great tour guide. You will visit three wineries with 5-6 wines each. You also get to stop at the monastery and try a wine made there and have a wonderful lunch with wine. This is definitely a must do in Cyprus to experience a part of their wine culture! Highly recommend this tour company and Elena!
