It gives a good and fairly comprehensive overview of pre-Christian coastal Cyprus and gives a first time tourist a look at modern day Cyprus... in all educational and interesting.
Commend Chryso our driver who was steady and reliable, and attentive to our needs.

I had a great day seeing all the archeological sites with Steve as my tour guide/driver. He shared a lot about the Cypriot culture and was passionate about the history. Went to a nice bakery for a quick snack. Paphos was beautiful. It was a beautiful day for this tour.

Our guide, Chryso, was wonderful from the start. She picked us up right on time and immediately set the tone with her warm personality, deep knowledge, and the sweetest hospitality.
The itinerary was packed with history yet never felt rushed. We visited castles, ancient ruins, UNESCO sites, the harbor and Aphrodite’s Rock and more, and each stop felt meaningful. Chryso always showed us where to get the best views and helped us understand what we were looking at which made the day feel so much richer.
Lunch was a highlight too. Since we are staying in Ayia Napa during the off season and struggling to find authentic food, having her take us to a local spot was spectacular!
The weather in late November was perfect around 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Shorts, tanks and comfortable walking shoes were exactly right. We didn’t end up needing the jackets we brought just in case.
My boyfriend wanted to see ruins and this tour exceeded both our expectations. We felt safe, well taken care of, and left with memories we’ll talk about for a long time. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Cyprus!!

Whoa I think I’ve seen the entire Paphos in just one day! Thanks to itaxis and chryso for the amazing tour. Chryso provided water, fruits and she really went her way out to help me find lokoumades!

I used itaxi for a day trip to Paphos from Larnaca, Cypress including intermediate stops to see Kyrenia Castle, Tomb of the Kings, Aphrodite's Rock, Sanctuary of Apollo, the Kourion Archaeological site, and the incredible mosaics of the Paphos Archaeological Park...and we stopped for lunch at one of the best Greek/Cypriot restaurants I have ever eaten at. My guide, was incredible. Excellent conversationalist (and thus wonderful English), great knowledge about what I was going to see, very safe driver, and made sure that I had plenty of time to visit each site as desired. She also took me to a fantastic Greek restaurant for lunch......what a great food experience!! (that was probably one of the best parts of the tour). This visit was the first day of 10 on my vacation and it is going to be hard to top. Highest recommendation for this tour.

Lucas was both informative and friendly on this tour. He made every effort to ensure I was getting the most out of the experience. He touched on history, mythology, culture as well as providing recommendations around the drop off points where to eat, how to save money etc. highly recommend

Great day visiting a number of significant sites.
A personal favorite was thy castle at Kolossi, used by the Knights Templar.
Lots of other interesting places as well and it was fun to see many folks taking pictures of the wrong rocks at the site of Aphrodite’s rock event though the others are a bit more spectacular.
The Apollo sanctuary was quite nice as well.
We found our car to be a bit small for sn sll day road trip but all in all a very nice outing.

Great way to tour- with itaxi! Extremely knowledgeable & amiable driver , this is such a more flexible & relaxed way to tour as opposed to a large group with a strict schedule. My driver was able to wait 30 min. For me as I had mixed up the dates & wasn’t ready. Also during our trip I needed to go to a pharmacy- was easily done -couldn’t have done that with a regular tour group. Also saw additional interesting sites that driver knew of in the areas we were touring. I learned sooo much. Love this way of touring so much! Will def do again

You purchase an all day entrance ticket to the sites which was €8.50pp in cash.
The day was amazing and had time to do everything. Bring plenty of water as Kourion, tomb of the kings and Paphos sites is big. There's little shade from sun when walking in the sites.
Travelled in a nice, air-conditioned taxi which was much needed after being out walking to the different places.

Maria was the best. She not only took us to all the places on the tour but also gave us advice on what we should think about doing after this tour. The n fact she was so good we signed up for other days with her. Company also has very clean and comfortable vehicles. Would definitely recommend this company and her.

This was a great idea. You basically explore the sites on your own. You get chauffeured to each location. It was nice because I get to check out every place at my own pace. Definitely a good way for me to see the western side of the island considering I stayed in Larnaca. My driver, Lucas, was very friendly and informative. During the drive, he was happily sharing great information about the country. What better way to get to know the country and its people than from a local. It was a great day of exploring.

Lucas was our driver and our guide. He was lovely and provided a lot of information on the history and culture of the island. He was very knowledgeable and very accommodating. We asked to go to a place where local eat lunch and not to a tourist trap and he chose the perfect place! We loved the food and there were only locals there! The tour is packed with attractions and we did not have the time to see everything as we wanted to spend time in the attractions we visited and really see and read everything. I think this tour should be split into 2 days as there is so much to see and read and explore. We will be back in Cyprus and for sure spend more time in Paphos.! Thank you Lucas for a great trip!

Spent a full day exploring the archaeological sites of Paphos. Maria gave a truly ‘local flavor’ to the tour which I really appreciated. We ate lunch at a diner that was off the tourist beat w/ a delicious traditional Cypriot menu, visited a bakery to pick up special Easter breads and picked up Cypriot wines. She made the day very interesting and educational and made me feel comfortable and welcome. Definitely recommend!

We went to many different archaeological sites in Limassol and in Paphos, with enough time in each to enjoy the rich history that Cyprus has to offer. All in the comfort of my own ride, and without worrying about anything else. A very nice day indeed.

If you make only one tour on the island, take this one. You can visit a lot of different things. Enjoy the Tombs of Kings and Aphrodite’s Rock. The driver (Maria) we had was perfect.
