Hands down, one of my favorite experiences in Crete! We started the day exploring Agia Sofia Cave in the rain and mist, then made our way through the mountains to Elafonissi Beach, where the weather completely transformed into the most magical beach day! Elafonissi absolutely lives up to the hype! Crystal-clear, calm waters, breathtaking scenery, and genuinely one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever visited. I'd go back in a heartbeat and spend several days there! Our guide was wonderful and knowledgeable, and major kudos to our driver for navigating those winding mountain roads! The only downside was having to wait about an hour on the bus for other travelers whose ferry was delayed by bad weather. A little frustrating, but otherwise an incredible experience. Highly recommend! Just remember that group tours operate on a shared schedule. If flexibility matters to you, consider a private tour. Either way, Elafonissi is an absolute MUST!

Best Day Ever

What an incredible experience my son and I had on this very unique and outstanding tour. From the wine and olive oil tasting, the experience of the ancient olive tree, off road driving through the gorgeous Cretan countryside to the spectacular lunch at Milia. Lovely Beach Day

We had a lovely day at the beach. Linda provided clear details of the day as well as helpful information along the way to pass the time as we drove. We rented beds at the beach for 20€ so we did not use the complimentary umbrellas offered as part of the tour, but saw several other guests did. As we were such a large group, the wine & honey tasting was kind of disorganized as anyone could choose or do it or not, and it was a self-serve tasting. It was very tasty and we had just the right amount of time for a coffee and pastry, bathroom break, and shopping before continuing on. We did not stop anywhere where there was a cave (or maybe I missed that explanation?) but our goal was the beach anyway. It was shallow, not windy, comfortable temperature, and there was indeed some pink sand throughout. It was like a Caribbean beach with some pink sand washing up in some areas. Overall a great day.

The best crew we’ve ever had! Book it! Everyone was kind and very knowledgeable. It was a wonderful experience from start to end. We felt super safe and the communication was amazing. Our guide was Nikos and he made this a very seamless experience. Started off with a shuttle to the top, stopped at a nice cafe/tavern, and hiked for about 10-11miles before reaching the beach. We took our time and had plenty of time to relax and have fun by the beach. Would recommend wearing at least a thick sole shoe as it is really rocky and unstable grounds.

We had a fabulous day touring Balos Lagoon and Falassarna Beach! Our tour guide, Nicholas, was absolutely amazing—super friendly, funny, and incredibly accommodating. He made sure everything was arranged perfectly, from the rental of our sunbeds to an amazing lunch. An amazing tour!

This tour was fantastic and greatly exceeded our expectations. Kostas was friendly, knowledgeable, and humorous which is what made the trip so great. We learned so much about Cretan culture, mythology, and the food! Kostas took us to the best restaurant we visited in our 11 days in Greece (which included Athens and Santorini). Splendid day!!

It was a beautiful experience. We left at 3:00 PM from the port of Heraklion (they are very punctual, I recommend arriving at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure). The crossing lasts 1 hour but it is very pleasant. Arriving at St. George's Bay on the island of Dia, we spent 4 hours here swimming and snorkeling in crystal clear waters. The dinner is abundant and very good: they served us pasta with shrimp, Cretan salad, and to finish, mixed fruit. On the boat, you have soft drinks and water at your disposal. A special thanks goes to Amelia and Captain Alexandros for their kindness, precision, and attention to safety. On the way back, we were able to see the sunset from the boat, and it was a view that I will not easily forget. Highly recommended!!
