There was no information or facts shared about the area, never pointed out where the restrooms were located and wasn’t aware when we asked. This felt like an excursion for shopping vs learning about the area. We both were very disappointed.

Day tour with Orange Travel to Rethymno, Chania and Kourna's lake. We did the tour on 04.10.2025. Our bus had number 8. The tour guide Nektaria gave us a lot of interesting facts about Crete's history and the individual places. The bus driver Yannis, I hope the name is spelled correctly, steered the bus safely in every situation. Both were very friendly and helpful. When stopping at Lake Kournas, it should be remembered that the bus stops above the lake and you have to walk down to the lake. It is a fairly steep route down and uphill to tackle. The tour leads from Hersonissos, long along the north coast to the west and the view of the sea and on the other side the mountains was very nice for us to see. We really enjoyed the tour and can recommend it to others.

Très bien. Guide qui parle toutes les langues. Les 2 villes sont superbes avec du temps livré agréables dans chacune. Seul bémol : il serait mieux de faire 1h30 la visite de la Canée et 1h30 le lac car le pédalo se loue minimum 1h et le stop étant d’1h on a pas le temps de bien profiter…
