A day on Ssntorini

Meeting at the Seajet kiosk was easy and the trip to Santorini was excellent (although the seas were rough) with fantastic facilities and staff. The tour of Santorini was straightforward and we had time in Thera and another town to walk around. If cruise ships are in it’s VERY crowded. It was good to see the architecture and landscape but the shops and sites were touristy.

The local agent never answered the email Viator said to be sent in order to get the details for exact time and place of meeting point. We went directly to Ferry tickets and learned that it was other agency carrying the tour. We had 1,15h in one place and 2h in other and turn back. Save your money or choose another broker

Please write this to the correct agent. Our itinary is clearly mentioned: in Oia 2h and in Fira 90 min. So for my clients it's not a problem because they read the information.

What an incredible experience! The most beautiful views in the world! Iconic buildings with delicious food in the many restaurant's. The shopping was fun in the sun! We even saw some donkeys walking up the steps!

A nice yet too thin slice of Santorini

A tightly organized, minimal bundle to discover a slice of the Greek island gem. The intense pleasure of setting foot and marvel at the surreal beauty of the islands sights is equally matched by the frustration to have to leave the island almost as if in the blink of en eye. Despite the super early departure, the travel time to the island from Crete and back amounts to a rough six hours total, which leaves little margin to approximations and idling. Every minute there will count, and it's a mindset that's required permanently to make the most of the visit, which can be a burden to some travelers. The two stops at the cities of Oia and Fira last a little less than 4h00 total.. so you have to pick your battles once you're there and know precisely what you want to do, besides taking as many pictures as possible... not much if left to contemplators. Points go to the efficient organization, with almost no gaps and a strict respect of schedule, as well as to our tour guide Patricia, who was very friendly and helpful – definitely key to the success of this day.

Trouble with the booking as it was in the wrong name which created problems at the pickup and pre-boarding collection of tickets. The weather which made the sea trip much longer especially coming back! Staff were good throughout. Time on Santorini seemed short and passed to quickely. Interesting experience

Fabulous day out.The transfer pick coach was on time.Arrived Heraklion port .obtained boarding passes for outward and return journey Went extremely well.Once at Santorini port got off and boarded the designated coach (as advised at Heraklion port )the guide was knowledgeable about the island One thing I will stress Listen to the guide’s instruction on boarding and leaving the boat And all will be hunky dory As the first glance boarding and getting off the boat looks crazy.But it isn’t.if you listen to the guide

Not recommendable. Far too long arrival and departure for far too short stay in completely overcrowded places. Staff overwhelmed, drivers unfriendly and poorly trained, organization at the port, on the speedboat and on land miserable.

After an hour’s drive to Heraklion, you will take a ferry to Santorini that takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes. Once arrived, you will board a bus again and visit the village of Ia after spending half an hour on the bus. The AI village, overrun by tourists, is really charming after discovering Fula for lunch and returning at 16:30 from Santorini to reach the hotel in Crete around 20:00. I'm not sure that's really reasonable? For a price for 2 =) 364€

Très belle sortie bien organisée , le timing est parfait et la sortie permet d’avoir un aperçu rapide de l’île . Petit bémol sur le tarif qui est plus cher que notre tour operator de 15 euros par personne . Fram propose la même sortie à 175 euros au lieu des 190 payer à votre organisme

Belle expérience, le bateau est commode, rapide et très propre. Belle vue de l’extérieur, nous avons vu Santorini niché en hauteur. Le temps passe trop vite, si on veut faire de shopping alors on sacrifie le restaurant. Nous avons donc profité d’un bar/resto avec une vue à couper le souffle de la caldera. Les rues de Oia tout simplement magnifique ! À faire absolument.

C'est dommage que tu n'aies pas apprécié. L'itinéraire est clairement mentionné. Vous avez quelques heures de temps libre. Désolé que cela ne vous ait pas suffi pour acheter des souvenirs. Vous n'étiez pas au lieu de ramassage le matin car vous avez oublié l'heure. Nous avons fait tout notre possible pour changer vos billets pour le lendemain sans frais supplémentaires. Une MERVEILLEUSE journée... tout à été PARFAITEMENT organisé. A chaque fois que j'ai envoyé un message au voyagistesur Viator, on m'a toujours répondu rapidement et clairement. Tout à été parfait et bien enchaîné sur toute la journée. Un bus nous a récupéré à 200m de notre hôtel, il nous a déposé au ferries (très confortable) nous avons eu une mer très calme (la chance ! ) à 10h30 nous étions sur l'île de Santorin et là notre bus nous attendait avec un guide Anglais et notre merveilleuse Guide en Français . ελευθερία (Elefthería) notre guide était adorable, passionnée, très professionnelle. Elle nous a raconté l'histoire de cette île avec attention. C'était génial ! Nous avons eu 1h30 de libre à OIA c'était top et ensuite nous avons eu environ 3h à Fira... puis retour tout aussi bien cadré. Bref une journée fantastique que je vous recommande à 1000% . Je précise que nous étions un couplé avec 2 enfants (8 et 11ans) . Merci encore pour tout.
