All the guides were so...

All the guides were so kind and informative. Ziplining was a blast as did 12 ropes, some faster than others. They taught me how to do the spider-man pose which was cool. ATVS were so much fun and took us to beautiful views, 100% worth the rough terrain to get up the mountain. I would say, if this is your first time on an ATV you might want to ride as a passenger cause some terrain can get kinda challenging/scary if you’re new to it. I felt completely safe the entire time and the guide always made sure we were okay. The waterfall was a great refresher after the long hot trail on the ATV. 10/10 experience.

Best evening introduction to Panama City!

This was an excellent experience and that was because our guide Daniel was the best! He taught us about the history of Panamá - very knowledgeable. He communicated with us prior to picking us up and was prompt. Very comfortable transportation. We went to the Poin and walked on the sky deck, followed by a ride on the zip line. You can ‘pick your own experiences’ at the Poin and those were two that we selected. Followed by a brief historical education video, a VR experience and a walk through a historical photo gallery. Next we went to Old Town and walked around the town square. Daniel pointed out the French and Spanish architecture which was beautiful. We went to the Panama sign by the Marina and lastly went to Sabroso Panama for dinner. It was a lively restaurant with traditional dancers. The food and drinks were excellent. Daniel gave us tips about restaurants, safety and transportation for the rest of our stay. Daniel was kind, smart, respectful and a joy to be around. There is not enough room in this review to describe how wonderful he is and how he made this evening the absolute best! Ask for Daniel if possible, you won’t be disappointed!

We had so much fun on this excursion! Geirold was the absolute best! He knew the perfect spot to see the monkeys and had an incredible talent for spotting the sloths hiding way up in the trees. He truly made the experience memorable for our first time in Costa Rica! Highly recommended!

This day was the highlight of our trip. Carlos, our guide, had incredible knowledge of everything Costa Rica. John, our driver and was equally great at pointing out unique places, animals, and things as we traveled to our different destinations. The tubing was a fun adrenaline rush, and Omar and Alejandro made sure we were safe and had fun. Overall, this day was the best time! 10 out of 10

Perfect day out

Absolutely incredible day on the river. My family (2 kids 8 and 11, 2 adults) and I were lucky to be escorted down the river by Ulysses who was a source of knowledge about everything, not just rafting: nature, geology politics, history. It was a pleasure to spend the day with him. The rafting was great fun, we all loved especially the kids who had a great time being flung around, and also backflipping into the river. We had a perfect day and the waterfall was breathtakingly beautiful. Can’t possibly recommend highly enough.

It was such a great...

It was such a great experience! Our guide “Oxani” I hope I spelled that right, she was so great. Very very knowledgeable of the park and the surrounding areas we traveled through. Very knowledgeable of the conservation efforts that Costa Rica has. We asked her all kinds of questions and she answered each one. The other couple we were with was great too. The views at the resort were amazing! Thank you again!!

Incredibly unique...

Incredibly unique experience, this is one of the only caves in Costa Rica that is open to visitors. You will be scrambling over and ducking under rocks, hiking in water and definitely getting wet in the waterfall, but it was very exciting. Our guide was incredibly helpful and encouraging when I was afraid to go through some of the smaller (optional) crawl spaces. I’ve toured a few caves in the United States and this was on a completely different level. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants a unique adventure (and doesn’t mind a few spiders).

Don’t sleep on this! Pun intended. But seriously, great refuge and service providers!

We were lucky enough to have Luis as our guide. He was amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable and was considerate of the forest. We were able to see more wildlife than I expected to see. Pit vipers, armadillos, several species of frogs and even a few beautiful birds nesting. My daughter was stung by a bee, which is no reflection of the property or the tour in any way. It’s a known risk of being in the jungle at night. A minor bee sting and wasn’t a concern. I bring this up, because our guide was equipped with a fist aid kit and showed compassion and had kind words to make sure we all knew it’s a standard bee sting and how to treat it for comfort. Well done Luis! If we are back in the area, I will certainly take another tour with Luis!
