Greeter and Drivers were so courteous and helpful. Everyone was punctual and they moved our return trip time to allow for road construction. They suggested wonderful places to stop for food and bathroom breaks. Everyone spoke fluent English. A very pleasant experience.

Well I missed my flight my girlfriend went ahead without me and took the ride to the hotel. I asked them could they come back and get me later on that night. The gentleman took a picture of my reservation as if he was going to accommodate the circumstance. However, I misunderstood the non communication and assumed they would come back or even tell me that was not going to be able to accommodate me. Again, they didn’t communicate and when I made contact with them they basically said it was too late and left me at the airport stranded. So I ended up making a game time decision and just paying for another taxi. I am here safe and sound thanks to myself.

Our driver was very prompt and was waiting for us right outside the airport with a large brightly colored sign with my name on it. Stopped by the grocery store for us and let us get some groceries in before we went to our destination. His driving was very safe and he was very friendly. I would highly recommend.

I would book them again but the driver that I had was on his phone texting a new lady on FB dating. Between the love notes, texts and the calls it was a bit annoying and the only hiccup of the trip. The 1.5hr long ride was not bad with the beautiful views along the way. I did appreciate him stopping at a pharmacy so I could buy medicine and at KFC so I could grab a bite to eat. I most definitely appreciated that. If not for the texting it would have been 5 stars. There were moments we were driving on the mountain side and it made me a bit nervous. This was a solo drive and although I was a bit nervous, there were no safety concerns.

Very responsive, and welcoming. Alvaro communicated with me several times alleviating any concerns I had about travel to Costa Rica. Geraldo our driver was great, stopping at grocery store for us to get supplies. Also company offered other tours!
