Our driver Manuel and our guide John were great, punctual for pickup. John gave a lot of information about mayan history and chichen itza and made sure it was not a lecture. He added some jokes and interactive activities. It was fun. The tour was packed with activities but it was organised in a way that allows enjoying everything.

This was my favorite experience out in of all the excursions I did. They were all very friendly, the treatment was top notch. A+++ experience, they treated us like royalty, the ride was beautiful, and I even danced some bachata with one of the workers. Overall we had an unforgettable fun experience. You can connect to speaker to play your own music. You bring your own bottles, but they have some available for purchase. I would definitely go back to do it again. If you’re thinking about booking, it’s definitely worth it. Thank you all so much!

Fun day trip

It seemed quite expensive initially but actually it was really worth the money. We had transfers from our accommodation got to the venue before 9am so we could get on some of the experience before the rest of the public arrived. It was very organised so very short queues. The food and drinks were included in the price the choice in the buffet was excellent. The actual activities were fun with zip wires ,rafting in the caves and many more . We headed home at 5pm long day but really worth the money.

The Perfect Chichen Tour

Absolutely perfect way to view Chichen Itza from Cancun. The day is long, but everything is set up flawlessly and it flows well. Lunch is delicious (includes everything except the drinks), cenote is beautiful, and Chichen Itza is definitely best experienced with a guided tour. Bus is comfortable and needed for quick naps. You make two “tourist” stops to buy things. We had Uli and Norma as our guides and they were incredible. Would highly recommend this tour with them as guides.

Fun Experience

We had a great time, but know the time snorkeling is short and very guided. You can not venture out on your own and it probably only lasts about 30 minutes. We did see more fish on this trip than we have on various Caribbean and Hawaiian snorkeling trips. The time on the island was 2.5 hours, so enough time to explore. Very well organized, and very friendly tour guides.

Great excursions for the price!!!

Whole experience was awesome!!! Our guides Gabrielle and Keekay were AWESOME!! They did an outstanding job and made the excursions even better. Timing could have been a bit better as we didn't get to swim in the cenotes very long, maybe about 15-20 minutes. We wanted to swim longer for sure. Also, the horse I got on was too small for me. I should have been put on a much bigger horse. Im 6'5" 240 pounds and I was too heavy for the small horse and he did NOT like me on his back lol kinda scary but No issues and we had a blast. Everyone was super friendly. This is my 2nd time doing the exact same excursions and I definitely recommend! Worth every penny!

The adventure was amazing. Guide amazing as well. What I would suggest for other travellers. A few things to consider if you are thinking, you will be able to take pictures in the water caves or even a go pro they don’t allow you to do so. They have a person that will take pictures for you and you have to buy a package just to have pictures. They are not cheap. Second thing swimming with the turtles amazing experience. But they don’t tell you till you’re on the way there no sunscreen or products on skin. So you don’t contaminate the area that the turtles are swimming their habitat so therefore I would suggest wearing a long sleeve shirt and long swimming pants and then if you have no hair like I do a beanie cap as you’re half in the water and half exposed to the sun, but the experience is wonderful. I even saw a Caribbean stingray so we had to move sliding our feet so we don’t step up sweeping your feet alert, stem of you’re coming and they will just go away but overall great experience just giving tips for the future traveller joining this trip

Great trip!

Super crazy fun!!!! The catamaran was beautiful, and there was plenty of space for everybody. The tour guides were very conscientious about the safety and comfort of every single guest. We learned that we could not snorkel if we were over the age of 60 – it was a law in Mexico. However, they let us sign a waiver, so we could still snorkel. The first stop on the island lasted one hour. The town was messy and chaotic. We rented a golf cart so we could see the island. The highlight was the second stop where we spent the afternoon on a beautiful beach and swimming in a nice pool. Lunch was provided and it was so delicious!

A great 3 in 1 tour

It was great to get to the ruins in the morning before it got too hot. It was still very hot though! The snorkeling was murky. I highly recommend you bring a swim shirt. We saw turtles which was great. The ceynotes were amazing. We saw bats and it was beautiful. The meal was great. They provided snacks and cold water which was great. Bring a swim shirt, towels, reusable looks filled water bottle and waterproof phone case. The guide Mini? was great and I could tell she was genuinely passionate about her culture and the environment. The tour did run a bit late. We were picked up 6 am and back at our hotel 5:30 pm to catch a 6:05 shuttle to the airport.

Great variety

This is exactly what you get. We loved it. Definitely recommend. Ppl mentioned it as a money grab. But you can decline any extras without pressure. Sol and Enrique were energetic and full of personality. My group had fun together. My husband is hard to please and he had a blast. 4 hours was the perfect amount of time. It was definitely worth it. We enjoyed everything.

Spectacular show! You will awestruck!

What an overall spectacular experience at both the venue location and show performance. Truly at the caliber of Las Vegas Cirque and even better! You will not be disappointed. The show is done in both English / Spanish in a wonderful way. The live entertainment - vocals, trumpet, violin, harp, base, drums, keyboard - is superb! We were able to make an entire evening event at the resort location this was held. Our tickets included transportation from LA Isla mall in the Cancun hotel district. Make this a "must" if you are vacationing in Cancun.
