Best prices, Awesome service. Here are my details: This was the first time visiting Cancun. I had my doubts about using Cancun Elite but they got very good review so I decided to take my chance. When the day arrived, I was not sure how and where to meet up with the driver. The app did not display the company but only provided Cancun airport as the pickup location. I could have contacted the provider but I didn't. I'd just trusted the process when I get there. My flight was delayed by 45 minutes. When I landed in Cancun, I received a google voice text message from my driver Alfredo saying that he will be the operator to take me to my resort. I couldn't respond to his text message because google voice displayed "Unsupported destination." DO NOT use your google voice number for the contact. Somone contacted me on my secondary contact phone number that I've provided (i.e. my cell phone number). I have Verizon Unlimited Welcome plan and Mexico is covered within the plan. We weren't able to communicate effective due to the noise and language barrier but I let them know that I was at immigration. After exiting immgration, there were many vendors trying to help and/or confuse me with finding my shuttle. I ignored them and walked straight OUTSIDE the terminal, passing by a line of taxi booths on my left. I saw many shuttles from different companies loading up passengers. Then I saw Alfredo holding up my name. He was a nice gentleman. He loaded up my luggages and validated my information. After that, I was all good to go. The van was clean and in very good condition. I got a nice smooth ride to my resort. I was concerned about the return pickup. I've purchased a roundtrip ticket but my app did not show the return and my flight was rescheduled by JetBlue, so I was concerned about the trip back to the airport. I've contacted the company via the app, they responded quickly and confirmed my pickup date and time. On the day of pickup, I got a text message on the exact time of arrival and the driver name. I got picked up and arrived at the airport early. Now, all I needed were JetBlue QR Code and passport. My return flight to Orlando arrived early. Thank you Cancun Elite. And Thank you Jesus!

Easy to find thanks to the very accurate instructions provided with the confirmation. The line to meet with the greeter was also very short so we didn’t wait long to get checked in and to our shuttle. Finally, driver was friendly and got us to our hotel safely.

Our experience was amazing! Waiting for us when we got our bags from baggage claim (even though the baggage claim process was a little long) and was on time for our pick up from the resort. Drivers were very polite and courteous! Will definitely use this company again.
