Our full day excursion...

Our full day excursion was great. Adrian and Rodrigo were fantastic. Couldn't ask for better guide and driver! Cenote Sueno was amazing and highly recommend. Lagoon snorkel was good and saw some nice fish but water was quite cloudy so a bit disappointed. Overall day was great and do highly recommend. One thing to share is to be sure bring towels!

Absolutely amazing! If you're interested in history, knowledge and learning a different perspective than just the European tapes we've been told, this is the tour for you. Guides we excellent and flooded us with info on Mayan history, culture, customs, and modern day happenings. The cenote was a lovely soak and the Mayan descendants, Mexican peoples, and all the staff & vendors at different establishments were fantastic!

From Cancún hotel zone had about an hour and half wait at the rio secreto waiting area, AFTER the bus ride to rio secreto of about half hour ride before any interactions were given about the tour (the wait was the worst part) just waiting in the waiting area there are restrooms and coffee. The tour of the under ground river was amazing, incredible, magical. Enter into a dry cenote, turn the head lamp on/off many times, walk through potions of the under ground river seeing stelagtites, and stalagmites, bats and catfish. When the headlamps turn off it’s complete darkness. The water is about 75 degrees F. No one in the party used the wetsuit and it was great.

A Great Day Out from Cancun

I booked this the day prior and was immediately messaged to let me know I would be collected at 6am from my Cancun hotel. Franco picked me up on time and told me that there would be two more pick ups (6:30, also from Cancun; and our guide Oliver from Playa Del Carmen) and then made the 2-hour journey to Tulum. Got there early, prior to the sun being too hot and also before it got busy. We had 1-hour with Oliver and then had an hour to do our own thing. When we all got back to the minibus, the aircon was very welcoming, as was the water/fruit juice and local snacks. From there, we travelled approx 30 minutes to a local community’s base. Here, we were shown how to make tacos (making tortilla from pre-made dough, cooking them and then adding filling) and then had a go at making our own before eating them. Finally, we had a dip in the village’s cenote, which was absolutely needed; followed by the journey back. I got back at 3pm, so approx 9-hours all in, even though it was billed as 4-5 hours - this was probably about right from arriving at Tulum and finishing at the cenote.

Cesar and Carlos are the best!!

Where should I start? Carlos and Cesar from SAT Mexico were absolutely fantastic. It was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had on a tour. Cesar was the most passionate and caring man you’ll ever meet about the history and deeply meaningful culture of the Mayan people. If you want a fun and engaging experience surrounding the rich culture of Mexico. Cesar and Carlos are your people. The value for money is great, the excursion to the Cenote is a real fun experience with great food and better service. But the highlight of the tour is the visit to the Chichen Itza. Cesar explains all of the intricate details of the historical site in fantastic fashion. Everything you ever wanted to know about the site is in his head, just ask. A good time!

This day is a lot longer than you are prepared for, so make sure you settle in with: - a spare charger - a good book - a pair of headphones - and your comfy shoes Other than that, it was absolutely amazing. Carla and her team were wonderful. We enjoyed every bit of it. Don't get too caught up in all the things they try to sell you. Just enjoy the tour for what it is. The cenote was beautiful, the little village was beautiful, and seeing the ruins site was a once-in-a-lifer time experience. Definitely something that I highly recommend. Although be prepared to spend a little more than what you spend on the trip, because as the ticket, the fees, the gate entry, and the things you buy, it starts to add up a little bit. All in all, great trip, good time.

This was a life-changing...

This was a life-changing experience for me. J.J. was an amazing guide and taught us so much about Mayan culture and the local ecosystem. The cenote was incredible, like entering another realm. And we saw 5-6 turtles in the ocean! I would do this tour every day of my life if I could.

If you just want to see Chichen Itza and back to your hotel. This is the tour for you. Our guide Frank and our driver Jose was amazing. Picked is up 5am early in the morning and got us back in our hotel room by 230pm. Frank was very informative and Jose was a safe driver. Would recommend.

Awesome experience. Worth every penny

The whole trip was nice. The guide gives you a lot of info about the Maya culture. I bought a maya horoscope since it was beautiful but don't buy anything else at the first store you stop by because you will find everything at a fraction of the cost at the Chichen site. Our guide and driver, Saul and Henry, were very nice, patient, and helpful.

This was so much fun! We had the BEST tour guide, Kevin aka Moto Moto. He was hilarious and made all of the experiences (cenote, atv, and zipline ) an amazing adventure. The only warning I would have for travelers, is when you start out at this location, they try to upsell you with packages, and you don’t need them.. And bring your own water shoes if you have them cause that’s an extra $25. Davie our photographer was also wonderful and Ignacio the tequila master. But Moto Moto stole the show 🤩 ~~ Scarlett D and 4 bachelorette mamacitas 💜

Amazing show and dinner

A wonderful night overall. The pickup was on time and the shuttle was purple and Joya was on the side, so you couldn't miss it. Once you are dropped off, you go to the counter to exchange your voucher and collect your ticket. You can wither take pictures or head over the bridge to the waiting area. Drinks and appetizers are available for purchase at the bar. You are given times at ticket pickup on when to head to the theater. Once you make your way to the theater, you line up according to your ticket: VIP, dinner and show, appetizers and show. If you just bought the seat with no food, you are last to line up and enter. The food was amazing and the presentation and experience was well worth the money. The show was just as good as any other Cirque du Soleil show I've been to, and I enjoyed it very much. I highly recommend it and am so happy I finally got to experience it.

As advertised, and more.

The day trip was exactly as advertised, and more. There was just the right amount of snorkel time, a wide selection of freshly prepared food, drinks were always at the ready, and the crew went above and beyond. Luis was our main guide and he made everyone feel special no matter what your language. He even snapped a photo for us while we were busy enjoying the water hammock off of the back of the boat after swimming on the north shore of Isla Mujeres, and shared it from his personal phone. All in all, a perfect day was provided by a crew of really nice people.
