Really great sunset experience! The trip into Isla Mujeres was lovely and they gave the guests enough time to swim. Marco was absolutely fantastic helping a non-swimmer get comfortable in the water to experience the full experience! 10/10 would recommend again.

Our tour guide Antonio was simply great! He’s very knowledgeable about the area & its history. He’s very kind & made our experience super comfortable as it was just 2 women (including myself) that were on the tour. Would 100% recommend & ask for him to be your guide!

The experience was wonderfullllllllllll. Frank was our guide and he did not disappoint. He was funny, knowledgeable, and full of energy. Isabel who was the tequila master taught us a lot of things about the process of tequila making and how to spot out fake tequila. The tasting was amazing, she even taught us how to properly take a shot which was mind blowing. Frank took pictures for us and took us to the best spots.. 10/10 would recommend! And at the first taco spot get the watermelon water SOOOO freaking good!

Our trip to Isla Mujeres aboard the Khaya catamaran exceeded all expectations, and the big difference was, no doubt, the crew. From the moment we boarded to the return, we were treated exceptionally. What impressed us most was the proactivity and the constant attention: at all times, the crew came to us to ask if everything was okay or if we needed something.

This was a wonderful experience! It’s a small group on the catamaran unlike some other tours we saw! It was so lovely and the crew were amazing, couldn’t do enough for you, made sure we were comfortable at all times, plenty of refreshments too including a light lunch which was delicious ! Would highly recommend

Was a really fun an upbeat boat trip. The snorkeling is very tough, you’ve got to cover a distance with a decent current and no fins. If I did it again, I’d find a way to bring fins. Food was great. Drinks were great. We got 3 hours on the island. If you’re just shopping, I wouldn’t rent a cart. If you want to see the whole island, it will be around $130 for a golf cart for 3 hours.

I'll start this off by saying this was 100% worth the cost and time. Our driver Jose and guide Garri were punctual, knowledgable, funny and accommodating. I CAN NOT stress enough how great it was to be at these sites before the crowds. As we were leaving Chichen Itza it was considerably busier so I'm thankful we were able to enjoy the place early with far less people. Finding a tour that skips Valladolid and instead visited Ek Balam was a 10/10 decision for us. Chichen Itza was amazing but something truly spectacular about being able to climb the ruins at Ek Balam and see so much of the carvings still in such good condition. The Cenote Chichikan was also wonderful and not very busy. Buffet was what you'd expect so we had no complaints. The day is LONG so be sure to bring water and snacks. Also be sure to have cash for things like souvenirs, tips, food. There were additional costs to the tour which weren't part of the upfront cost but it was made VERY clear we'd need to pay for those either the day before or on-site. Additional costs were... - Life Jacket & Lockers at the Cenote ($100MXN) - Goverment Tax at Chichen Itza ($571MAN) - Entry to Ek Balam ($481MXN) This ended up to be about $90CAD additional per person. Only thing we would say is to just avoid the tequila tasting. They offer this at the end of the day and give a presentation about how its only available there and how exclusive it is. The tequila is 100% mass produced and relabeled as just for them...walk through any tourist area in Playa or Cancun and you'll see the same bottles with different labels. Its a common tourist trap/scam so just dont both purchasing any. Our guides also told us to not buy anything while at Chichen Itza and to wait until the "official" shopping spot but everything there was the same as you'd seen in other tourist areas. They obviously get a commission so avoid overpaying for those items and instead just tip them well after your trip.

Fernando is a passionate guide; it was very interesting to hear him talk about the history of the Mayans. This excursion perfectly combines guided time with free time. There are good distances to go, it's been a good day, but it's fully worth it. Both guides were attentive, we were often offered drinks, the pick up at the hotel was on time and unambiguous. The visit to Valladolid, a little short in my opinion, and the site of Chichen Itza is really huge to visit. Tequila tastings were also offered. What a great experience!
