Very Nice Camel Ride Experience but Pricey Cost for Pics
I loved the tour and give it 10/10. The crew was nice and accommodating and they spoke great English which was definitely appreciated. The buffet and drinks included were delicious also. Great hospitality everywhere. The photographer took excellent pictures. However, be mindful that the pictures are very expensive. That’s my only complaint. You can’t take your own pics so if you want to capture the moment, you will have to pay the expensive price, which I did. I think they know how badly people will want to have the memories from their trip and that’s the only way to have them. It is very unfair pricing seeing the excursion itself is already pricey. I paid it because it was a different experience that isn’t done everywhere so I ate the cost but I definitely would have felt better had the price not been so expensive. I did read previous reviews that said the pics were expensive so I expected it but I didn’t expect it to be what it actually was. I will state price so the next person can be prepared what is expensive when stated. They charge $50 for 1 image, $250 for 10 images, and $300 for all images and videos. Like I said, it’s great footage and well done with clear, high resolution and professional quality. We had 171 images and 5 videos that we received. I say, only about 10-15 pics we weren’t fans of. I guess $300 is the amount of a professional photoshoot so I guess that’s how they justify the cost.

More fun than one human should have.
Both Chichen Itza and Ek Balam were awesome. Make sure you have plenty of endurance and calories when you Climb Ek Balam. Shout out to Miguel for keeping an eye on me. Rodrigo got us there safe and sound. Thank you for that. Make sure you take a packed lunch because the food at the buffet was utterly terrible. Swimming at the cenote is a must because you are gonna need to cool down after Chichen Itza. Thank you guys so much for this experience. It was a pleasure.

Very good experience and a good length of day
Very good experience and a good length of day. We were picked up first so had to stop by the other hotels but this was quick and easy. The van was nicely air-conditioned which was pleasant and we were offered water and snacks along the way. Our driver (Erik) was very good and we felt nice and relaxed throughout the journey. We stopped briefly to collect the guide but this allowed us to go to the bathroom and freshen up as the journey is around 2 hours. When we got there we needed to dispose (or leave in the van) any single use plastics. This would have been good to know before travel however you can buy reusable water bottles in the shop when you go in for just $5 and they will fill it with filtered water for you.
The experience around Tulum was really good, although very very hot. We were given umbrellas but I did also bring a portable fan which came in helpful. The guide Erika was very knowledgeable and fluent in English. She was also very good at finding shaded spots to stand whilst she gave us the tour.
At the end of the tour (around 90 mins) we were given 30 mins of free time to explore the ruins ourselves and take some photos. We also found this a good opportunity to grab an ice cream and take in the scenery.
When we got back on the van, we were given fresh cold water bottles and snacks and also a cool towel to put on our face or neck to help cool us down. This was a really lovely touch and a nice surprise as was not aware this was included.
On the way back we stopped to drop off the guide and then continued to Cancun where we were dropped off around 2pm, just in time for lunch and the rest of the day enjoying the beach!
A very good experience, would recommend.

Awesome experience
The trip was wonderful. Our tour guide was awesome and gave detailed information not only at the pyramid, but also of places we were passing en route. Make sure you read the fine print as there is an addl charge that has to be paid for entrance to the destination. This is paid to the tour company and can be paid via cash or PayPal (credit/debit). Also read the email message as the correct pickup time for your hotel will be there. Do not base pickup time on the time printed on the ticket. Our ticket showed 9am and the actual pickup time at the hotel was 7am. They arrived on time promptly at 7am and picked us up at Secrets Akumal. They also gave us plenty of drinks (water, soda, corona) and provided sandwiches and chips for lunch. If you are coming to see the snake shadow on the pyramid steps on March 21st , we were told its super packed that day and the shadow is still visible on the 22nd & 23rd with much less of a crowd. Hope this helps someone.

Cancun Food Tour
We visited five food vendors. Portions were very adequate and some were quite large. All food was local and delicious. Vendors were welcoming and courteous, surroundings were either street food or sit down restaurants. Drinks included soda, flavored water, and a Tequila sampler.

My husband and I did the cooking class and had the best time. It was one of the best experiences on our honeymoon. Our guide Sasha was very personable and made the experience interesting and very informative. We would recommend this experience to anyone looking for an authentic experience!

Amazing tacos and tequila tour
We had Carlos as our food tour guide. He was very funny, informative and always had a smile on his face. He showed us amazing places, the first restaurant was hands down me and my boyfriend’s favorite with the chicken mole tacos. The second restaurant had the best ambience. Drinks aren’t included but 2 alcoholic beverages are maybe $17 all together? Which is better than the states. The atmosphere was great. But come hungry and thirsty for tequila! We ate about 7 tacos and 6 shots of tequila. Book this tour and have fun!

When you are asked to dance, you should dance
Was a really fun an upbeat boat trip. The snorkeling is very tough, you’ve got to cover a distance with a decent current and no fins. If I did it again, I’d find a way to bring fins. Food was great. Drinks were great. We got 3 hours on the island. If you’re just shopping, I wouldn’t rent a cart. If you want to see the whole island, it will be around $130 for a golf cart for 3 hours.

Must do excursion!
This was truly such a great activity! I went to Mexico solo and loved having my pictures taken for me. The workers were incredibly friendly and patient. We got our pictures about 24 hours after the excursion ended and I was sent 250+ pictures to sort through! Food at the beach club was great as well.

Amazing!
The experience was wonderful, our guides were Luis, Gabriel and Carlos and they were helpful, attentive every step of the way. Carlos is very funny. We enjoyed it so much. They pick you up from your hotel, switch bus, and they take you to the destinations and bring you back to your hotel. Make sure you get the lux so that you can get all the extras. They give you a breakfast sandwich who’s is great cause they pick you up early and most hotels don’t have their breakfast open.

Good time
Great company. Buses were clean, comfortable and had AC. Susana was the best. She knew how to keep your attention and added a mixture of humor that we really appreciated. She spoke English and Spanish and did a good job relaying information. Cenote was my favorite part of the excursion since it was my second time visiting the Ruins. I do not swim so I was very happy to be provided with a life jacket. It gave me courage and I was able yo enjoy the water with my friends. I highly recommend this excursion. Only issue I had was the length of time it took. We left our resort at 8am and did not return until almost 8pm. We even considered catching a taxi from Playa del Carmen to our resort because we were exhausted and ready to go back after the leaving the Cenote. After finding out the price of a taxi we ended up staying lol. We shopped, got ice cream and attended happy hour at one of the bars. It turned out to be a nice experience once we made the best of it. Overall I would give this excursion a 9.
