We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Tulum! Our bus trip from the resort gave time for everyone to get to know each other. We actually had a “July birthday bus”, loads of fun! Our guide, Anna (banana) was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. Upon arrival, we were provided umbrellas for sun protection. It was very hot and this is a walking tour. We were guided to the store for restrooms and purchase of refillable water bottles. Our guide walked us through the ruins and explained everything in great detail. She is fantastic and provides great answers to all questions. There are a couple of covered areas for breaks and she gave additional information about the Mayans. Her explanation of the cenotes was very thorough and interesting! Beautiful views of the sea from cliff side. We highly recommend this tour! Thank you, Anna!!

G, Jorge and Angel were amazing! This was a lot of fun for us! The food was great & we learned a lot. The market trip was a great, it was cool to see the fresh foods. They were very accommodating and the cooking process and restaurant was so clean. Definitely recommend doing!

I loved the tour and give it 10/10. The crew was nice and accommodating and they spoke great English which was definitely appreciated. The buffet and drinks included were delicious also. Great hospitality everywhere. The photographer took excellent pictures. However, be mindful that the pictures are very expensive. That’s my only complaint. You can’t take your own pics so if you want to capture the moment, you will have to pay the expensive price, which I did. I think they know how badly people will want to have the memories from their trip and that’s the only way to have them. It is very unfair pricing seeing the excursion itself is already pricey. I paid it because it was a different experience that isn’t done everywhere so I ate the cost but I definitely would have felt better had the price not been so expensive. I did read previous reviews that said the pics were expensive so I expected it but I didn’t expect it to be what it actually was. I will state price so the next person can be prepared what is expensive when stated. They charge $50 for 1 image, $250 for 10 images, and $300 for all images and videos. Like I said, it’s great footage and well done with clear, high resolution and professional quality. We had 171 images and 5 videos that we received. I say, only about 10-15 pics we weren’t fans of. I guess $300 is the amount of a professional photoshoot so I guess that’s how they justify the cost.
