Awesome trip to a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Everything was so well organised by Konrad, Jerry and Viator. Picked up spot on time. Comfortable transport and mini guided tour of Krakow. Konrad looked after us so well. The Salt Mine itself was incredible. You do need a degree of fitness and mobility to do the 800+ steps and 3.5km but it is so worth it!!

Highly recommend this tour and group.

We did this trip today and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. From start to finish, everything was incredibly well organised and the customer service was excellent. We received WhatsApp messages ahead of the trip with all the details, and they kept us updated throughout, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The salt mines were absolutely amazing, truly something unique, while Auschwitz-Birkenau was a deeply moving and emotional experience. Our tour guide was outstanding, guiding us through everything with great knowledge and sensitivity, adding so much depth to the visit. I would highly recommend these tours to anyone—they are worth every penny. We also opted for the lunch, which was very nice and definitely a good addition to the day.

Just amazing 👏 🤩

We were 1st to be picked up on a minibus that took us to 1 other stop before dropping us off at the main pickup point. Here we got on to the bus that was taking us Auschwiz. Our tour started at 8 am which explained the 6am start. The tour guide was excellent. After lunch we went to the Saltmine which was amazing and beyond all my expectations. You need to see it to believe it. We were back at our hotel by 6pm

This was a long but fantastic day. The planning was fantastic. The salt mines were great but if you have mobility issues unfortunately it's not for you. Both guides were very knowledgeable and interacted very well. The contact and customer service from the company on the day were first rate.

Exceptional!

The whole experience was fantastic! Not only was Matthew incredibly forthcoming with our 1 year old daughter joining us on the session, she was also able to enjoy some gelato at the end! His knowledge of the foods he was providing was exceptional however he had further knowledge of both the area and its history enabling us to ask questions beyond just the food involved. The tour actually went on for longer than expected due to allowing us to ask so many questions. We were able to do the tour with our daughter however she had to be carried in her harness rather than be in a pram/buggy due to the nature of the tour - make sure you are aware of this before booking!

Incredible VIP Experience through the heart of Emilia Romana

This was an experience of a lifetime. From the moment we were picked up until the end of the day we felt well taken care of and treated like VIPs. Despite being fairly adventurous on our own, my husband and I both believe we would have never made it to all of these places and received the same treatment in just one day. A must in Krakow

A fantastic experience from start to finish. Our driver was great fun and on the return journey he gave us lots of information about the city and was very informative. Our Salt Mine tour guide was amazing and it was interesting to hear his dad once worked as a miner in the Salt Mine. All in all a great experience, I would definitely recommend booking this experience and visiting the Salt Mine. The only downside was the night before our pick up time changed to one hour earlier, but this did not effect the overall experience.

A perfect homemade dinner for a rainy Bologna evening

I am remiss in not telling you about this fun evening much earlier. Vivian and her assistant turned a rainy Bologna evening into a mini feast. There were four participants in the cooking class in a well laid out room. None of us had ever made pasta before, and her step by step demonstration and tutelage changed flour and egg into masterpieces after wine and appetizers. She already had the sauce simmering. We tasted the difference between Campari and Aperol Spritz while cooking our pasta. A delicious meal and relatively easy to do! Recipes are available.
