If tickets can´t be confirmed, we will offer a date and/or time option, or we will offer visiting another Monument instead, such as Casa Mila, Palau Guell or Recinto Modernista Sant Pau.
- PARK GUELL NOTICE: Park Guell area residents are holding protests and disrupting traffic to protest the large number of tourists in the area. This could severely impact tour times and the distance required to walk to access Park Guell from the car/minivan. Your guide and driver will do their best in order to diminish this to the minimum possible.
- Effective July 1st, (and without previous notice) Park Guell requires that at time of booking tickets to the park, every ticket is assigned to an individual, indicating complete name and last name. This is why we need all names and last names of all the people included in this booking are informed at the time of booking.

The tour we booked with Viator was for a private tour that included La Sagrada Familia and Guell Park in Barcelona.
I booked it on September 19, 2024 for a visit on July 12, 2025. About two weeks before the trip, I called to confirm that everything was in place. We had a trip for 12 people planned. The girl I spoke with said it had been booked incorrectly. It was not a private tour, but she would change it. Unfortunately, at this later date, it was very difficult to get tickets for La Sagrado Familia. This was unknown to us until I received an email stating that the time we were supposed to go was unavailable, and there were just a few tickets left for a visit to Sagrada Familia. Apparently the girl who rebooked it had no idea what was going on with these private tickets. In addition, we were supposed to have visited Parque Guell and there were no tickets available for that. I called again two days later because I had gotten no response back when I realized that that we were not going to be able to see the things that we had planned to see. The girl, I spoke to that time, took my name and a phone number and gave me an exact time that somebody in an higher office would be calling me back. I was told three different times that people would call me back from Viator. I never received a single phone call. The way that I was able to sort this out was by working directly with the tour operator in Barcelona. He was wonderful and had contacted me by email so we were able to speak and re-plan this tour, but Viator never knew that they redid the tour. We never got any tickets for Parque Guell We also had to change the times of the tour, which was difficult with 12 people coming in from all all around the country. So I would like to give recognition to Ramiro Cabellero, who runs the local tour company. But I would give Viator a 0 on their customer service. We paid for things we never got for 12 people but worse than that was being told they were helping me and not once did anyone call me back. We have used Viator in the past, but certainly do not plan to do that again. I also think money should have been refunded for tickets we never received.

This was an excellent way to see both Park Guell & Sagrada Familia. Our guide, Isabel, was a wonderful host, full of knowledge and made sure we saw the most interesting parts of each. Sagrada Familia is breathtaking and a must see!

Private Tour of Sagrada Familia, Parc Gruell and more. This tour was extremely disappointing and the worst one taken with Viator. Manfredi, our guide, spent a lot of time at Sagrada Familia and after the tour of Parc Guell, told us that Casa Mila and Casa Batilo were not included, even after being shown the write-up of the itinerary. There was a miscommunication with the driver, so we waited 15 minutes outside of the Parc, after walking an unnecessary distance. Also, Manfredi was late arriving at the hotel. This tour was not as advertised and not worth the $1284.88 for four people. We truly deserve a partial refund, since it was a partial tour.

Take the private tour—you won’t regret it! Olga, our guide, was fantastic. With over 20 years of experience and firsthand knowledge, she made the experience truly memorable. Expect plenty of walking and time outdoors. It’s well worth it!

Of course, the Parc Guell and Sagrada Familia are both visually amazing! But, our tour guide, Angels, was able to breathe life into these locations with her vast knowledge of their historical and cultural significance. Add to this her enthusiasm and passion for the nation of Spain and Catalonia and she literally had us captivated the entire time of our tour.

The park Guell and sargrad Familia, the various downtown homes all were beautifully described and she shared her love of Barcelona w us! His knowledge gave us in depth understanding of Sagrada and Parc Guell. He introduced us to Sant Pau that we otherwise wouldn’t have known. A terrific day we won’t forget.

Under no circumstances choose this tour! I chose this tour, happy to pay more than other tours, because we wanted the best experience we could get of Sagrada Familia It was an absolute disaster!
The tour guide failed to buy the correct tickets for Sagrada. So we spent a long time, out in the heat while they tried rectify it, but it was a busy day and they were unable to. After waiting quite a while in the heat, we drove to Parc Güell, for a 20 minute, quick walk-through.
We literally got nothing out of it-it was awful.
I then requested a refund for the entire tour. And I was told I would have to pay half, $564.91, because we had half of the tour.
The fact is, we could’ve walked through the park ourselves. We got nothing out of the tour. The only reason we booked was because we wanted an amazing tour of Segrada.
Instead, because it was a very busy time, and we only had 2 days, there were no other tickets available-we were never able to see Sagrada, which was the main reason we went to Barcelona.
So, this company wasted our most precious day in Barcelona, because of their error, we were Not able to even see Sagrada.
They were rude, unkind, and did not care whatsoever that they wasted our day.
Again, I only purchased this expensive tour because I was thinking I was getting the best there was. What a mistake!

The driver and guide (Olga) were excellent. Gave us a lot of good information and the minivan was comfortable. It’s a good itinerary but at the end of the day- it came down to pricing. I would do this tour again but at about half the price we paid.

Very easy going and worked with us to create an amazing experience. Lena was our guide and she was amazing. It started to rain unexpectedly and the driver pull out umbrella, amazing. I highly recommend setting up in advance for your group.

Booked a private tour on only a few days notice and Ramiro, who was the person who contacted me from the tour company, did an amazing job communicating and getting us tickets to Sagrada Familia and Casa Mila. Our guide, Olga, was lovely and really gave us a great background of Barcelona and Gaudi's place in the city. She even managed to get us tickets to the tower when we got to Sagrada Familia. Having a driver take us around also allowed us to efficiently see several of Gaudi's buildings, and Olga walked us through everything. She also recommended us a great restaurant for lunch after the tour! Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed having a personal guide to provide education and insight into the amazing sites we visited with bonus information about points of interest while on our way. Our guide, Mar, was an absolute delight. She was so knowledgeable, pleasant and experienced. Our tour started right on time with a short visit to get to know us, learn our interests, and even tell us about things to see near our hotel. A separate driver with a very nice van drove us allowing Mar to share information as we drove to Park Guell. The Park has significant elevation and we were strategically dropped off at the top allowing us to walk down as Mar guided us through this beautiful and amazing Park full of intricate designs with purpose. After a leisurely stroll through Park Guell, we went to the Basilica. What an unbelievable architectural marvel. It is a must see. Mar then asked where we wanted to conclude our tour. In our case, we were dropped off at a market to get lunch and shop. She went above and beyond to walk us to a wonderful little restaurant she suggested to conclude a very memorable tour. My wife and I highly recommend this activity!

Not waiting on line, ability to move around with guide. She was so knowledgeable and kind. The awesome sight and feeling when we first walked in the Sagrada Familia was unbelievable!! Parc Guell was great. It felt like we were in a magical garden. The whole tour was wonderful!
