- Our establishment is located in a remote backcountry area. Due to our unique location, our kitchen operates with limited resources. We are unable to accommodate requests beyond our set menus.
- Children aged 17 years and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Adults must sign a waiver for all activities, and a waiver must also be completed by the parent or legal guardian of any person under the age of 18 (documentation may be required to confirm the signatory’s authority).

We paid over $500 for our family to attend this activity. Everyone in our family required a ticket however they did not provide food for all of our kids because they assumed they were underage and would not eat? I ended up splitting my meal with them. They came by and saw me rationing out my food and offered another steak. Did not get what we paid for. The food is not kid friendly unless your kids eat steak. Rude tourist on the wagon as well but that doesn’t have anything to do with the company really. Just disappointed in this experience and it really takes alot for me to give a lackluster review. Pros: the view on the trail is beautiful.

We’re very sorry for the confusion regarding the meals. Every guest with a paid ticket should absolutely receive the meal that is included, and it sounds like there may have been a misunderstanding about the number of meals needed. While we’re glad our team noticed and offered an additional steak, we understand that this should not have required you to split your own meal first.
We also sincerely appreciate your feedback regarding kid friendly options. Not all children prefer steak, and that is important insight for us to review with the team as we continually work to improve the experience for families.

Beautiful wagon ride asking the bow river. The guides are knowledgeable and engaging. The site of the steak dinner was perfect. Roaring fire on a beautiful crisp evening. Food was excellent! Bonus, a herd of elk in the field as we returned, the only wildlife we saw during our week in Banff.

When in Banff, you HAVE to do this cookout! It was a trip highlight. Stunning views and an incredible steak meal that sits well in the belly! :) They go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable, get all the photos, and make all the memories. Highly highly recommend!!!

The cookout and covered wagon ride was wonderful. We had lots of fun. Very enjoyable. Our hosts talked about the area and stopped at beautiful locations for photo opportunities. The food was yummy. The lasso and horseshoe games were a laugh as we all tried our best. So much fun. Highly recommend.

Our group of 6 loved it! Our guides, Casey & Sydney were so upbeat and knowledgeable. Everyone was very helpful and patient with my 87 year old mom who uses a walker. They had a step she could use to get in and out of the wagon. Delicious food. So much fun!

Wonderful way to see the beauty God has created! We rode at a leisurely pace which afforded us a view of the mountains and the river.
Our guides, Brooke and Ryan, were informative about the area as well as entertaining us about the horse’s personalities and antics.
The steaks and food were delicious!

Loved the wagon trial ride from start to finish. It was exactly what it said in the description. Lovely horses that look healthy and quite happy (I'm a rider myself and I know horses would rather be in a field all day then worked, they were chilled and good to go) the trail was a perfect length and the entertainers were polite, helpful and welcoming. Food was lovely and the overall experience couldn't have been made better.

So fun!!! Bring bug spray for sure and wear your boots, there is lots of mud and horse droppings on the farm which is expected. Our guides were amazing and talked to us the whole ride about the ranch and horses and what it’s like living in Banff. Dinner was delish and we got to try our hand at lassoing. Blankets provided to keep warm in the wagon and great views of the river. Next time would go all the way and try horseback for the pics but the wagon was equally fun

Excellent. Staff were superb- experienced, friendly, interactive and handled the horses exceptionally well. The cook out was delicious- steak cooked to individual preference and lovely setting. .Great views of Bow river on a beautiful day.

The wagon ride was such a fun experience! I like how they have two staffs per wagon, so that you can chat with the staff and ask questions no matter where you sit on the wagon. Our tour guide is very knowledgeable and friendly, making the ride even more enjoyable. We enjoyed the cookout dinner and the view along the ride. Overall we recommend the wagon ride experience!

A very unique experience that is worth the trip. The guides were great and the food prep very meticulous. cold and breezy on the way back, but we were provided with warm blankets to keep us warm. Sweet Belgium draft horses that love belly scratches.

Rain or shine, this is a must do tour when visiting Banff. The staff were amazing and the dinner delicious. The wagon ride to and from the dinner spot was excellent. We learned a lot not only about the horses, but the area as well.
