Sean our driver was very nice and informative. The suburban was nice and clean! The o Lu thing I was a little disappointed in was our arrival. Our sign was not being held as we can out and the driver was nowhere to be found. However he made up for the mistake.

They met us right away, and once everyone had their bags and joined us, we were led to the shuttle bus. They were efficient with loading the luggage so that luggage was available efficiently at each stop. We were dropped off at our hotels in a seemless manner. Would definitely recomend!

I arranged for this private transfer from the airport to the house I rented for my family of 9. A representative was at the arrival section of the airport who called the driver. He was there in minutes to pick us up. The driver was excellent and the van was clean. It was great to avoid the long lineup for a taxi.

Making memories was very responsive and communicated well the entire time. My name was on a laptop after we got out of customs and the individual that was waiting for us to arrive called the driver and he was there within 5 minutes. Fantastic experience, would highly recommend.

Our transportation was excellent! He was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. Should us some highlights on the way to the hotel. We were scheduled to fly home on 1/3, when all flights were cancelled. He contacted me and was very understanding and accommodating since we didn't know when we were going to be able to fly out. Would highly recommend!

We highly recommend this trip to anyone, that wishes to explore the coastal areas of this Island. There were so many good things about this excursion that I do not know where to start. The meet up and collection from the cruise port was easy. The welcome at the start location was good. Our tour guide - Leroy was very friendly and had great character, enthusiasm and knowledge (needs a pay rise). His ability to speak in a number of languages added to the experience and enabled the multi-nationality group to all feel a part of it and understand what was being talked about. There were plenty of photo opportunities throughout and a huge proportion of the island covered. The length of the tour was spot on, and better than what other tour were doing. Limiting the number of vehicles in the group was perfect, especially when you see the size of the groups other tour operators were using. It is hard to find a negative for this experience.

Great! Super nice and informative and went above and beyond! I booked online, when I got to Aruba they said I shouldn’t have been able to because they only drop off at hotels as I rented a Airbnb! But the driver dropped off all other passengers and then took me all the way to my bnb and brought my bags near the home. I was soo happy bc I have already paid well in advance and hoped they didn’t leave me at the airport due to the websites mistake. I would 100% recommend. The driver advised me to rent a car, which helped out a ton for this trip!!

Efficient, and friendly service!! Wonderful getting off a long plane ride and being greeted by a great driver who took care of all the luggage and us and got it all safely and promptly to our hotel! While, not looking forward to leaving beautiful Aruba, know we will be on time and in safe hands tomorrow for our return trip back to the Aruba airport.
