Before the start of this tour, we will pick you up at your hotel ,or at the cruise port. Please make sure you fill out your pick-up location. Our pick-up time for the morning tour is between 8:00-8:30 AM. If you are staying at a AIR BNB you will need to drive to our main office located at the : "Aruba Waterpark" Be here around 8:40 -8:50am. We only pick up at the high rise ands low rise hotel area. **CRUISE PORT PICK UP LOCATION**: The pick up zone is outside the main port gate on your right hand side in front of Ocean drive store. We will make an exception to wait until 8:50 AM if the cruise ship is late.

This excursion was PHENOMENAL!!!! Went with my husband and two daughters!!! Saw so many beautiful sights! Leroy our tour guide was EXCELLENT! He didn’t rush us and allowed us to take in the beauty of each stop!!! He was also highly knowledgeable!!!! Would definitely recommend this tour!

We did this tour to visit the must see sights of Aruba in a different way! And wow! What a fab way to do it! The UTVs were very robust and they were certainly put through their paces over the rough terrain! They were easy to drive and so much fun! We definitely needed goggles and bandanas! The tour ended at a beautiful beach where we had 30 minutes to swim or snorkel. We would have liked that to be longer. Otherwise a fabulous tour and we highly recommend.
PS a special thanks to the team as our ship arrived late and we missed the start time. We were collected at the port and taken directly to the first stop where they were waiting with our vehicle and we were able to catch up with the group from there.

John B is awesome. This adventure takes you to all the most heard of places. John B gave some much attention to everyone to make sure we had the best time, even telling us the rich history of Aruba. .We only wished we knew how great is was going to be as we would never would have rented a Jeep for our time on the island. Thanks for a great UTV experience.

The description of the experience is accurate . It is dusty and rocky. Follow the recommendations on what to wear such as face coverings and goggles . The stop to swim wasn’t necessary for us. For our group this was a one time experience.

This excursion was super fun! Highly recommend it! Just make sure you do NOT weak anything you don't want covered in dirt and dust. Be sure to get the goggles and mask when it's offered, you WILL need them! The tour guides are knowledgable and fun! IF you get a 4 seater, bring a cooler to keep your drinks cold. It can be very HOT and dusty.

The UTVs are very nice and a blast. Much newer than other comapnies on the island. The guys leading the way we're fantastic. They offered to take pictures of our family and made sure we had plenty of water at the stops. They very much need to include goggles as a safety measure. The stop for swimming was a bit of a time waster - wasn't a kid friendly area (rocky and one way in/out) and I would have rather just gotten back to go to a beach. Fellow tourists agreed. The transportation was a disaster. The bus was not waiting where they said they'd be for pick up at the port and when we finished the tour, it wasn't ready to take us back. The driver even griped over the microphone on the bus about people being late - even though it was his fault for not waiting at the pick up point. I'd consider using these guys again if actually staying in Aruba but for a cruise excursion with limited time, I'd consider a different group. Also be aware they do not reply to messages on Viator. If you find the company online and email them, they will respond to that.

Our ship was getting into port late and they sent a driver to pick us up. They didn't have to do that, they could have just taken our money and said sorry. We truly appreciated that customer service. It meant a lot that our family could still have their adventure.
The ATVs were very nice and maintained. We had a 4 seater. It had a great trunk space to keep our stuff clean while we were riding. They also had cup holders and were comfortable to ride in. My husband said it handled well.
John B was an amazing guide. His energy was fantastic. He wanted to make sure everyone was safe, having fun and learning about Aruba. He kept us hydrated too! Someone in our group actually turned their ATV over. John B stayed calm and took care of everything and got the rest of the group going on so they didn't miss out (everyone was ok).
We 100% recommend this company and this tour. My only complaint is that when they go to drop everyone off after it is finished, the cruise passengers were last to be dropped off. They should be first since the ship could actually leave without them and hotel guests on the island don't have to worry about that.

We highly recommend this trip to anyone, that wishes to explore the coastal areas of this Island. There were so many good things about this excursion that I do not know where to start. The meet up and collection from the cruise port was easy. The welcome at the start location was good. Our tour guide - Leroy was very friendly and had great character, enthusiasm and knowledge (needs a pay rise). His ability to speak in a number of languages added to the experience and enabled the multi-nationality group to all feel a part of it and understand what was being talked about. There were plenty of photo opportunities throughout and a huge proportion of the island covered. The length of the tour was spot on, and better than what other tour were doing. Limiting the number of vehicles in the group was perfect, especially when you see the size of the groups other tour operators were using. It is hard to find a negative for this experience.

We did this UTV tour and chose the pick up option. This is our 2nd time booking this tour. The tour overall was exciting, thrilling, and fun. I highly recommend brining googles and neck garter (we purchased on Amazon). When we arrived, they gave us snacks and bottle water, then we are off in the UTVs. The driver was extremely late picking us up and after the tour the wait for the driver was late again. If you are staying near the Ritz end of the island, BEWARE you will be 1st pick up and last drop off, I recommend getting a taxi scheduled going home so you don’t have to wait. Also, you can get out at the 1st stop hotel like we did in downtown area and caught a taxi. While on the tour, we noticed other UTV tours had music playing from their UTV, but overall our UTV was modern, clean, and maintained nice. The tour guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you John and Leeroy! I highly recommended booking this tour.

This tour is the best tour u could take. Lloyd our tour guide was incredible. He was very took us to some amazing places. The UTV’s were amazing. The rode so well. I have had 4 surgeries on my neck and back and these UTV’s are so smooth. Thank u Lloyd I would never do any other UTV tour but this one if I return. Thank u

Skyler was a great guide. Very friendly and flexible on tour. Great experience with AGW tours. UTVs were fairly new and very clean. Best vehicles for this excersion compared to other companies vehicles that we say while on tour. Highly recommend AGW tours in Aruba.

Be prepared to get dusty, get the googles & mask!! This was by far our favorite excursion. We got to see so many amazing places and ended with snorkeling with the turtles! The UTVs were clean and like new. We had a small group and the guides were amazing and very knowledgeable. They didn’t hesitate to offer photo opportunities and were happy to take several pictures of your group.

If you enjoy seeing sights in a quality side-by-side ATV, offroading on a beautiful Caribbean coast….this is the tour you should choose in Aruba. Ive been to several Caribbean islands and we always do an ATV tour and this was hands-down the best Ive ever been on. Our guides Skyler and Robert were knowledgable, extremely welcoming and they kept us safe and hydrated. Personally, I wouldve wanted to stop less but theres alot to see on this tour and the stops are necessary. I wore clothes that I like and probably shouldnt have but I didnt care at the end. You will get very dirty but its so worth it. Also, if you have contacts you will need closed goggles. 1000/10 When we come back we will be going again!

Great experience. Longer than expected. First 90 minutes were meh but then things took off and it ended up being tons of fun and excitement. Nice, new vehicles and good location. Guides were good dudes and very personable. Would do it again!

The off roading tour with AWG Tours was fantastic! Our tour guides Robert and Eugene were very knowledgeable, friendly and made the tour that much more fun! I would highly recommend this tour and my husband and I hope to come back to Aruba and do the tour again with our teenaged kids!
