Great experience. Someone was standing with my name on it as soon as we came out in arrivals. He ushered us outside and a couple of minutes later he took our bags to a very nice air conditioned suv driven by Jose who safely drove us to our hotel. He was professional and friendly as well as entertaining. So glad we opted for this service! It was a great start to our vacation.

The transportation was operated by Groups AV. The reservation and transportation was handled by a dedicated coordinator (Camila) who ensured that our round-trip transportation was at the correct pickup locations at the agreed times.
My group experienced multiple flight delays and cancellations due to an equipment failure that caused air traffic across the northeast USA to be shut down for almost 24 hours. Throughout this ordeal, Groups AV was in constant communications with me and adjusted transportation dates, times and locations to ensure my group could travel to the airport for our return flight.
The original flight was scheduled to depart on a Monday but due to cancellation, we were rescheduled for Wednesday, and then, rescheduled for Thursday. Each time, Groups AV adjusted their car service schedule to get us to the airport terminal for our flight home.

Booking was easy! They tracked our flight and were right on time when we landed earlier than expected. The car was clean and spacious. The driver was so friendly and gave us a ton of local recommendations. Overall great experience and we highly recommend booking with them!

We used this company for RT transportation from Oranjestad airport to hotel, and back to airport after vacation. They arrived promptly, even earlier than requested pick up time. Driver was very helpful and friendly.
The drivers were great, friendly and on time. There was lots of room for our family of 5 with all of our luggage and the vehicles are air conditioned.

Really loved flight landed early and they were there with a sign with my name on it and it was just me for the ride - real VIP stuff! Before my departure I double checked and noticed my reservation showed 8am which was error on my part. Called and it was no problem changing to 3p. Definitely my preferred service for every trip to Aruba.

Our driver was waiting for us the minute we came out of the exit and give us a lovely ride to our resort. Told us all about Aruba and things to do as well as pointed out sites and historical information. It was a great ride.

The gentleman driver allowed me to use his phone charger. I forgot about it, but he came back to where he dropped me off and brought my phone back to me. What a guy !!!

Nice and clean vehicle. Our driver (to the hotel) Victor was super nice and friendly, punctual, and shared some recommendations which was appreciated.
Definitely need to provide more details/information for the return (booked round trip). I tried to reach out to the tour operator ahead so we could plan our last day accordingly and didn't hear from them until the day before our scheduled return (so not sure I would've gotten a response had we had an issue).

Quick and easy pick up helped with our luggage and a smooth ride. Car was nice and clean and our driver also pointed out great spots to go too on the way!
