For Airport transfers we have your designated pick up location, right in front of Hertz Car Rental, across from then Arrivals Terminal. The airport offers free Wi-Fi, which you can use to communicate when you’ve arrived(WhatsApp or Imessage). If you prefer another form of pick up, we’re happy to accomodate.

Ziggy and Andrew were amazing, from the moment I booked this. They were efficient with communication, when I landed and turned my phone on a message was waiting for me letting me know the name of the driver, what kind of car would be outside waiting. Once we were in the vehicle Andrew was engaged with us, held a natural flowing conversation with us, and the vehicle was super clean and spacious.
It was great our driver was waiting outside for us, he was very friendly and nice. He was very informative and funny. He was telling us about the island. I would definitely do it again.

I sincerely apologize for not showing up to our scheduled appointment today. I understand that this was inconvenient and not the level of reliability you should expect from my company.
Unfortunately, the driver was stuck in traffic because of an accident that happend and was not able to get to you. We tried sending another driver but he did not want to give the ride for personal reason and drastic measures was taken because of the situation. While this explains the situation, it does not excuse the lack of communication, and I take full responsibility and also refunded you in full

Kris (female) greeted us at the airport exit and took us to our vehicle where Andrew loaded our luggage. They were so kind and fun! I left my bag in the van after they dropped us off at our destination and was seriously panicking. Before I could even find the number to contact someone about it, they returned with my bag. Kris was holding it out in front of her with a big smile and after I apologized and thanked her, she gave me a big hug and said “no worries”. This was our second trip to Aruba and we will always book our transfers here!!!!!!
