Easy pick up and drop off. Equipment was clean and worked well. Should have rented a jeep in lieu so we could go through the national park, but didn't realize we would want to do that until we already had the ATV.

Very great experience from start to finish. Was told we would be picked up at 7:45 and our driver was there right in time. The process of getting the ATV was so easy it was amazing. When we returned they promptly returned us to the resort. Very friendly and accommodating. We will be using them for future excursions.

Such a solid capable machine to use for this island. Handled the most extreme to highway conditions perfect without any issues. Highly highly recommend you ride out to baby beach and head towards the mx track that's near the kite surfing beach. Totally made the rental worth every penny having the whole family strapped in with secure seat belts. Would recommend brining some good sunglasses /goggles or a helmet if you really like to get wild. Can be a bit dusty with others in front kicking up loose rocks and sand

This was perfect! They gave us great advice on where to go and how to use the vehicle. We rented two of them, and were able to travel to 3 different beaches plus the natural bridge. The age range for our group was 6-45 years old and each person had a great time! Highly encourage bandanas or facial coverings if you venture to the natural bridge region, as its desert terrain

The process was simple. We booked online with Viator and received our confirmation. The day before the rental we confirmed if we would be picked up as a group or if one had to go and come back for the group. Jean confirmed we could all go at once. Due to there being a marathon on the strip in front of our resort we had to walk approximately 5 minutes to meet him. He gave us some history about the island along the way and answered our questions. He drove us to the location to pick up the rental and gave us a quick tutorial about the UTV. Jean gave us a few suggestions for us to explore on the island and off we went. We thoroughly enjoyed the UTV and the freedom to go and do what we wanted. We met Jean at the location and he drove us back to the front door of the resort. I will definitely recommend renting with Jean Tours and Rental Aruba.
The only suggestion would be to add bug shields to the front of the UTV. Other than that it was perfect.

We arranged to have a pick up at our hotel, but we were never told what time to be ready by and it wasn’t clear that only the driver went to pick up the vehicle and then had to come back to pick up the rest of our party. I think a little more communication/explanation prior to the morning of would have made the experience better.

Jean’ was great before we arrived with clarifying pick up location and very helpful when we picked up the UTV. They made recommendations of where to go and gave us a map with specific places to go circled as well as circled places we asked about. I would highly recommend them!

We had so much fun exploring the island in this UTV. It took us 7 hours a lunch stop and a few other stops to make a loop around the entire island. The tour operator was easy to find. Met us at the gas station just off the ship, about a 5 minute walk. The vehicle was in good working order except for the usb port. It does have a sound system you can connect to via bluetooth and the app they recommend downloading was map.me in the apple store. It does not need data to work on the island. I never book through the cruise ship and always have had good experience. I would definitely book here again.

Me and my family had a fabulous time driving around the island in a UTV!! Since my last visit they no longer allow UTV into the park. Althought that was a bummer I am still glad we had the UTV experience !!! Thank you

We enjoyed the day long UTV rental. Aruba is easy to navigate and we got to see a lot of the island. Our favorite place was visiting Eagle Beach to get in some swimming.
