The communication was great from start to end. The location was easy to find. We started on time and the guys were very pleasant during the photoshoot. My pictures turned out behind amazing, I wouldn’t look any further than this. A 10/10 overall experience. Got my pics within 24 hours as started.

DON'T BOOK!! TRY A DIFFERENT COMPANY!! Photo poses were horrible and they don't let you pick what poses you want and only offer you the same ones as everyone else. After photos were sent I informed the company that I did not like them and would like to reshoot, and would even pay a additional fee for the redo. Julian stated that the photos would be better after I let them make the edits. I told him that it wasn't the edit that needed to be done as much as the poses did not suit my body type or compliment me in any way.. based on his recommendation despite my wishes I let them edit the photos just to still be disappointed in the outcome. He stated that if I still didn't like the images that we would discuss a re-shoot time. After I got the edited images back I never heard anything else from him about rebooking. I reached out several times letting him know that the edits did not make a difference and they made the photos look even worse and that I was not satisfied. I reached out multiple times to set up a time to reschedule before my departure from Aruba. To this day he has not responded and I have returned to the states unable to get my money's worth for the images taken. I feel like their communication started off well but became limited and unprofessional because I was not satisfied with the outcome. I will be disputing with my bank for the horrible pictures taken. I don't recommend using this company!!! Save yourself the trouble.

You did complete the experience and received your photos, and after you let us know you were unhappy, we worked with you and provided edited versions as requested. We understand that photography can be personal and that not every client may have the same preference in style. However, we do not offer reshoots, even as a paid option, and we communicated this clearly. We always aim to treat our clients professionally and deliver the best possible result. We regret that you feel differently, but we believe we made every reasonable effort to assist you.

If you’re on the fence about this, just do it! I am not normally someone who is focused on getting social media worthy photos on a trip, so I questioned what I would even do with these images, but I am SO glad I did it! The experience itself was worth it to step out of my comfort zone and let Mario do his thing and suggest poses to make me look my best. He does an awesome job to make you feel comfortable and confident, while also being professional. The communication with the business was great and the pictures were finalized quickly. overall a cool add on to a beautiful trip and lovely pictures to have forever! thank you

My clear boat photoshoot in Aruba was amazing! Julian captured every shot and made me look amazing. There was a lot of photos to choose from and videos, and Mario was incredible at guiding me with poses in the water so everything looked great! The whole experience was so fun and unique—definitely one of the highlights of my trip. If you’re in Aruba and thinking about doing this, don’t hesitate. You’ll walk away with stunning photos and unforgettable memories!

I honestly cannot recommend Julian and Mario enough — they completely brought my 30th birthday vision to life in the most beautiful way. From start to finish, their energy, professionalism, and attention to detail were unmatched. Mario was incredible — not only guiding me through every pose with confidence, but literally keeping me steady and comfortable in the water so I could fully relax and enjoy the moment. And trust me, he will NOT let you drop in! Julian captured everything flawlessly. Every angle, every shot — he just got it. The photos are stunning and truly reflect how I wanted to step into my 30s: confident, proud, and glowing. The whole experience was seamless — the location was easy to get to, it wasn’t overcrowded, and once you’re out on the water you don’t even notice anyone else. It felt peaceful, private, and really special. It also only took around 30 minutes, which was perfect. As a solo traveller, I felt completely looked after and comfortable the entire time — they made it fun, easy, and empowering. And honestly? It is worth every single penny. Together, they are the perfect team. They made the entire experience feel effortless and unforgettable. Thank you both so much for your amazing service and talent. Maybe others had better luck but my lady was told 24 hours for pics/videos but its been 3 days. Ive also tried contacting personnel. No response. In process of requesting a refund as I type.

Unfortunately, we did not receive a response at that time. After three days, we were notified through Viator about your concern and immediately reached out to you directly. During our conversation, it became clear that this was a miscommunication regarding the delivery process. As soon as we reconnected, the selection link was resent to Lakeisha, she submitted her selections, and the final photos/videos were delivered the very same day. We always make every effort to deliver within the promised timeframe and to communicate clearly with our clients. In this case, we did fulfill our part of the process.
