Well worth the money and much cheaper than the shuttle arranged by the resort. We stayed at SecretsBaby Beach and not very many of the other shuttle services go to that area.

Staff at airport and drivers were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Reservation process was easy. However, website could have been easier to make changes to reservations. We had to cancel existing reservation then start over with new.

I was disappointed that I had no transportation available upon arrival. They gave away our private transportation to a family that arrived and checked in after us. I had 4 people and 5 big bags and tried putting us in a tiny car as a solution at first. It was very frustrating. However, the gentleman then was able to get a small bus just for my family and I and got us to our resort. That was great. For the money and the time waiting, I felt it was not a great value. I could have caught a taxi and been there sooner and for a lot less money. I truly hope my ride-back experience is on time, with the proper sized vehicle and without incident.

Missing Sign with Name

They will NOT have a sign with your name. So you have to ask around the people that have uniform and have the company name and reservation number. Other than that I was ok so far. Still have to see how the return will be.
