We met at the airport and the process was very smooth. The gentleman had our names on a display pad. We introduced ourselves and he was very polite. He told us to wait for our driver outside, and once our driver arrived the gentleman came out and introduced us, helping the driver with our luggage into the car. The driver was pleasant, telling us about the history of Aruba, and the beautiful places to go. We would definitely use this company again. Thank you.

The driver was there on time. He was also helpful with our suitcases and was very pleasant. He was informative about the island and what was happening about the camping starting on Good Friday.

Driver was there on time to take us the the airport. He was actually early. Viator has great communication. Someone is available to answer questions. We have used them many times and they are always great.

Horrible, customer service experience. A portion of our group was delayed by 15 min and the service essentially said they would only wait up to one hour post the first group’s arrival as their driver “was booked back to back”. The group arrived right at the hour and the sarcastic response by the rep that “you just made it” and then seeing the “busy back to back driver” sitting there watching this whole scenario play out was the cherry on top. The company providing the service was EL Tours.

We’re sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with your experience. However, we would like to clarify a few important details for transparency.
At the time of booking, we were provided with one arrival flight only. Our drivers are scheduled strictly based on the flight information submitted to us. We were not informed that a second group would be arriving on a later flight. Without prior notice of multiple arrival times, we cannot automatically extend waiting time beyond the confirmed booking details especially when drivers are scheduled for consecutive services.
Despite this, once we were made aware of the situation, we did our absolute best to accommodate your group. We extended the waiting time as much as operationally possible, even though the additional passengers were arriving on a separate flight that had not been previously communicated. Fortunately, we were still able to provide transportation for everyone.
We understand travel days can be stressful, and our intention is never to create additional frustration. However, accurate and complete arrival details are essential for us to plan properly and avoid exactly this kind of situation.
We are glad we were ultimately able to provide the service for your entire group and would have appreciated acknowledgment of the efforts made to accommodate last minute changes.

We were extremely happy with this service! There were 7 adults and luggage. We were met right on time inside the airport for our ride to the resort. The pickup a week later was just as good...the driver was waiting inside our resort lobby at exactly the expected time! Would definitely use them again and highly recommend. Not to mention they are VERY reasonably priced!!

Wonderful driver,we learned so much about the island! He was so polite and friendly! When we arrived at the hotel, my son realized his phone fell out of his pocket, we called the driver and he drove all the way back and returned my son's phone! If you are rating this driver 1 to 5 we would give him a 10!

Had no problem booking round trip transportation at home putting in all information for pickup at airport and return trip to airport. When we arrived we were told we only booked a one way trip. Had to rebook trip back to airport and 10% code that was given did not work. Booked for 12:30pm pick up and was put down as 1 pm pickup. Drivers were excellent but Viator seemed to mess up all appointments. Should have just booked directly with transportation company privately.
