When we arrived we had to use a sharp eye to catch where our name was displayed and who was there to pick us up. I wish they had better explained where to look for someone with your name.
The person ‘working’ our displayed name tablet wasn’t there, and their neighbor told us to wait outside in the heat for our person.
When the person came back in about 5min he did take our bags and lead us to a pick up spot where our ride was but it was not a luxury suv with nice air conditioning it was a transit van with fans.
The driver did a great job getting us to our hotel quickly while giving us info about the area.
It was just two us in the large 8 person van, but not what we expected when we purchased “luxury transport”.
Our Transportation was a 10/10 ..they were on time for both pickup and drop off, also our tour was unmatched I would definitely recommend this company to everyone
I the experience was nice but there are a few things I didn’t like. I didn’t see anywhere on the Viator booking to select a cabana for rental. I tried to secure one after arriving but they were all sold out. The food offering on the excursion was very limited and basic. Lastly, the park seemed a little small to be out there from 10am to 4pm, as far as the activities they offered.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the transportation service I booked from the airport in Aruba. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
The driver arrived late, which caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience after my arrival. Additionally, my wife and I had to wait for 30 minutes for him to bring his truck to the arrival area. There was no communication whatsoever regarding the delay. I did not receive any updates, nor was I able to reach anyone for clarification while I was waiting.
This lack of punctuality and communication falls well below reasonable service expectations, especially for airport transportation where timing is critical.
Given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for this service. I do not feel that the service provided met the standards that were promised or paid for.
I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response.

We would like to clarify that while there may have been a slight delay upon arrival, the waiting time for the vehicle could not have been 30 minutes, as Aruba’s airport is relatively small and our designated pickup area is within close proximity. That said, we understand how any delay — especially after a flight — can feel frustrating, and for that, we sincerely apologize.
Regarding communication, this is something we take very seriously, and we will be reviewing this internally to ensure better coordination and updates moving forward.

The staff was courteous and friendly. They were able to find us at the airport despite all the crowds. They arrived rearly on departure day, thus taking away the worry of getting to the airport.
Jillian was awesome. She was punctual. Extremely friendly. Also was more than happy to stop at a grocery store for us before taking us to our hotel. Highly recommend!
They were on time for pick up and provided courteous service. Will use them again if I’m back in Aruba
It started off great! Communication was very responsive. They were on time at the airport waiting with a name sign and had champagne like requested. However, the car did not fit 6 people plus 2 luggage’s each 1 small and 1 large luggage per person which was communicated via WhatsApp. The owner was not pleasant about his mistake and basically told me it was a learning experience for both of us. As a travel agent I made sure I communicated with the owner prior to booking to make sure they could accommodate us. Please not that this is not the cheapest transportation actually one of the more pricey services which we did not mind if it would have met our needs. The owner ended up driving our luggage in a separate vehicle to our hotel. So he did make sure we did get from point A to point B.

Our driver was at the airport to greet us and was very friendly...since it was our first time here he told us about place to go and activities to do..would recommend on next trip.
I highly recommend you use Platinum Aruba. The owner, Marsan outside of offering excellent service, is a great person, humble, kind, honest, and dependable. I actually booked Transportation with his company last year. However, my son broke his arm literally the day before my trip which required surgery. I contacted Viator while in the Emergency Department and explained what was going on. I was within the 24hr cancelation time frame (US time) but was told I wasn't because Aruba's time was an hour ahead so I would be unable to cancel the tour. The Customer Service rep was very rude and condescending. So I reached out to the company, Marsan, and advised what was going on. He stated not to worry, focus on taking care of my son and when I re-booked my vacation, he would honor my purchase. Well 8 months later, he did!!! He has a beautiful black SUV. He stayed in constant contact, as our flight was delayed. He was timely and gave great information about the island. He also does tours. I will always use him when I go to Aruba. Book with him directly. Big companies like Viator don't care about you!

I got an email from Viator in mid flight to Aruba about Viator refunding my transfer voucher. I never cancelled it! Had to hurry and get a taxi lined up as we were landing soon. We had the VIP pickup to our rental. It happy! Going to be calling them as I have them for the VIP airport drop off as well.
We were greeted at airport, transportation was comfortable and on time. We also received a picture of our flight coming in.
Communication was outstanding and service was perfect ! I highly recommend this company! We arrived at our hotel very quickly !

Terrible experience. Driver never showed up. Contacted the company after arrival, they asked us to wait a while. Absolutely not, we've been traveling all day, we provided our flight details for a reason. Do not use this company.

Marsen was amazing! He was extremely communicative from the start. Our flight was delayed an hour and without wifi we were unable to let him know. Once the wifi came on, we let him know we were delayed which he said was not a problem. He was waiting for us promptly upon our arrival.
Extremely professional and friendly. We asked him about a ride downtown to dinner (from Palm Beach hotel area) and he agreed without hesitation. After dropping us off even asked if we needed a ride back home.
15/10 would recommend this service. Well worth the price (very cheap compared to others) with exceptional service. Will book again! Thank you Marsen!

Driver was friendly and as important on time. Very easy to find him waiting inside the airport with our name on his iPad. The car was spacious, clean and comfortable.
Marsan was my driver and he was exceptional. He was able to accommodate two last minute bookings for travel to AUA airport for myself and my family - a large group.
