    For our VIP Departure service, we will be sure to meet you at the check-in line of your respective Airline. Our host will always wait for you with a tablet with our guests’ last names on it. We will be recognized in a black suit uniform with a purple scarf or tie. Transportation is not included.

What To Expect

Meet your VIP host directly at the airport check-in counter dressed in a black suit with a purple scarf or tie and holding a tablet with your last name written on it. You’ll be accompanied through fast-track check-in, boarding pass control, immigration, and two security checkpoints (note that US Customs does not allow fast-track service).

Your host will also assist you with any bags you may have with you and offer information regarding your departure as you move through the airport. Afterwards, your host will take you to the VIP lounge where you can relax and enjoy free drinks and snacks until it’s time to head to your gate for boarding.

This was a great option to leave Aruba and I’m so happy I purchased this. Our Viator representative arrived early and explained the process as we were walking thru the airport. We ended up at the VIP lounge where we had drinks and snacks. It closed at 4:30 and we proceeded to our gate. It was a great way to end a great vacation. I would definitely recommend this. It was easy peasy! 😊

Good experience, our escort Jerry was great. Will not recommend the additional $50 each for the VIP lounge in the future - no Chill beer, the bartender was rude/indifferent and the some of the facilities could use repairs. We are returning to Aruba next year, so lessons were learned.

Pleasantly Surprised!!

I would totally do this again! It made things so much easier navigating the Aruba airport for departure, the best part was not having to wait in the longggg line. The time saved allowed us to spend more time in VIP lounge. The VIP lounge was at capacity when we arrived so we had to wait maybe 30 min or so but our host Shawn (my host) and Xylan made the wait worth while with great conversation. GREAT host! Because my cousin and I purchased our service separately, that's how we ended up with separate hosts (she later convinced me to purchase the service). Our flights were 1 hour apart but that was not a problem. A phone call to Viator informing them of this and they made sure that our host met us together...sweetness, this allowed my cousin and I to stay together. All and all, if you don't want the stress or long wait, give this service a try.

We were promised access to the priority lounge, however there was a 30+ minute wait in line. Our escort was very friendly and did her job well. We had other couples who traveled with us and got to the gate faster without the additional services. We were also told that we would be contacted regarding a refund but have not received any correspondence.

Worst VIP lounge in the Caribbean

First of all our “guide” was EXCELLENT. She clearly wanted the best experience for us, was very personable and expertly got us through both customs lines and to the VIP lounge. My negative rating is all about the extremely low quality of the lounge - HORRIBLE food, bus station vibe, and extremely low value (unless you wanted multiple alcoholic beverages at 11 AM!). On top of that the lines were very short so our agent’s hard work (for 20 minutes) went to waste. I have been to many VIP lounges in the Caribbean and this was the worst. Overall terrible waste of money, unless maybe if you are traveling on holidays or Saturday possibly. Unfortunately I will not consider again in Aruba.

Our host was awesome getting us checked in and through customs… she was wonderful…..the lounge on the other hand….one open had to walk all over airport…to the one open and wait in line…then to go into a dirty lounge with dirty bathroom …waiting on food for almost 45 minutes….a few sandwich choices, and overcooked chicken wings….the lounge needs an upgrade and nicer food for the amount charged….

The young lady that greeted us was very friendly and professional. It’s a great service to use especially on a Saturday at the Aruba airport where the lines can be long. The only downside is the VIP lounge is not always available to get in to so we couldn’t utilize that part of the service due to long wait times and lines to get in. A Must Have Experience

This experience was absolutely awesome. Our associate for this process met us at the check in desk at the Queen Beatrix airport. Joseph took us immediately to the front of the very long check in line at the airline desk and checked our bags in immediately. The line of people waiting for this process was very long. Then Joseph accompanied us to the security check point which would not have been easy to find if you aren't familiar with the Queen Beatrix airport in Aruba. Once again, Joseph lead us to the very front of the line and we passed through security is less than one minute. Joseph told us what documents (passport, boarding pass, ED confirmation, etc.) at each step of the process which saved us the time and aggravation of fumbling through our wallets, purses or phones to find exactly what we needed for each step. He then took us to the US customs area and put us first in line to speak to the Customs Agents. Once again, we only spent one minute in the Customs checkpoint. By this step in the process we have literally walked by over 200 people standing in line waiting for each step of the process. After clearing customs, Joseph escorted us to our gate and showed us exactly where we would be boarding and then he too us into the exclusive VIP lounge area. In total it only took us 25 minutes to go from the start of this process to the end, when Joseph left us in the VIP lounge. We spent more time walking to each different step in this process that we did standing. We only stood for a couple of minutes to wait for customs and that was it. The VIP private area had fresh muffins, a nice selection of sandwiches (ham/cheese, turkey/cheese, plain ham, plain turkey) and condiments. There was a bar as well as bottled water and sodas available. There was also mints and chocolate chip and biscotti cookies. All of these were free and unlimited and all this in a spacious private area with televisions, luxurious seating, tables, couches and a private restroom area. Did I mention this area is also very quiet and peaceful as compared to the overcrowded and extremely noisy seating area provided by the airport at the gates. We were first time visitors to Aruba and had read the nightmare stories of the lines at the airport and numerous accounts of passengers missing their flights because of these long lines, so this purchase was the best purchase we made. It relieved us of all the stress and anxiety of dealing with unbelievable long lines, associates that speak broken English, and other stressed out and angry passengers. I highly recommend this experience to everyone!

Having access to expedited lines at the airport makes flying much less stressful and eliminates a good bit of the typical time waiting in lines. Also, with the VIP Lounge included, you have a much more comfortable place to wait for our flight. Last, having a "guide" to get you to all of the things mentioned above makes navigating the airport a breeze..
