Our transportation was excellent! He was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. Should us some highlights on the way to the hotel. We were scheduled to fly home on 1/3, when all flights were cancelled. He contacted me and was very understanding and accommodating since we didn't know when we were going to be able to fly out. Would highly recommend!

Not Luxury Experience

We recently booked this car service to pick us up from the airport. The company was waiting for us in the arrival hall with a sign and our name. They told us to step outside and the driver would pull up shortly. It took the driver about 5 minutes. Also, they helped carry your bags to the car for you if needed. The photo on the ad can be deceiving. In the photos, they show two newer model suburbans and a Honda pilot, but we were picked up in an older black suburban, which had no captain chairs. The driver was friendly but he didn’t chat much unless prompted. Also, we were not offered any bottle of water as listed in the ad. The price was high compared to other transportation on the island. Overall, they were on time, but I don’t know if I would use them again unless I needed a third row SUV because there are plenty of taxis right outside of the airport door waiting for you upon arrival.

The pickup at the airport was wonderful! They were there waiting for us when we got off the airplane. The shuttle to the airport, however, was very disappointing. We needed to be at the airport by 10am. We tried calling the phone number on our confirmation but none of the calls went through. We had to pay an additional $30 for a taxi so we didn't miss our flight. I received a text from the shuttle at 11:19 that they were waiting for us at the hotel. Long after we needed to be picked up.

He even helped carry my luggage to the car, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long travel day.
