I had never used a service like this before and it could not have been better! Friendly email confirmations from the start and easily handled changes with our flight plans. Our driver was right there when we landed and we promptly arrived at our hotel. A+ . Would definitely book again for Aruba trips

This was without a doubt, the BEST airport transfer service that we've ever had...anywhere! We received a personal (not from Viator) confirmation email from the company as soon as we booked, so we were confident that it would be a smooth transfer. Smooth was an understatement! What transpired once on the island exceeded our expectations!! Sonny Tours was punctual, professional and has beautiful vehicles...this could not have been any better! We HIGHLY recommend this service. Above and beyond...during our ride to the resort, our son and Sonny discovered that they had a love of cars in common and talked at length. When our driver picked us up for our return to the airport, Sonny had sent with the driver, a little car related gift for our son. SO thoughtful and VERY MUCH appreciated!! Thank you Sonny! Seamless pickup from the airport. Driver was friendly and got us to our hotel quickly. There was a mixup (on our side) regarding my daughter’s pickup who was traveling separately from another state. Viator went out of their way to add her to the pickup the day of arrival. Would definitely recommend. Ps , communication with Ann was always prompt and helpful
