Fake tickets, no admission, they say the driver will give you the tickets but he has fake ones. do not buy!!!!!!!!!!

It was very good and fun to eat the chocolate and learn how the chocolate was made. When the video of the man receiving a little gold ball and got a piece of chocolate i was very excited but after they opened it they threw it down and we got it. Overall it was such an amazing experience to have in switzerland and I hope to visit again in the future.

Everything was on time and great, we didn't use the transportation service so at the end where very expensive tickets, but the great part is that we got to go with very short time to buy the tickets

Do not book this! This tour overcharges you for a one way van ride that drops you at the museum. Do yourself and just take a taxi, it’s only 12 minutes from old town. Then buy the tix yourself, only 17 francs per adult. This tour company charged us an outrageous amount for a 12 minute van ride. Viator should have removed this tour long ago.

This is not a tour at all. It is a very expensive ticket into the museum and a ride there. I could have taxied and paid for both tickets for less than I paid for one ticket through this company. It is a big scam.

The Lindt Museum itself is very good. Unfortunately I booked via Viator because website of Lindt reflected no available tickets for the date I wanted. Given this I took the only available one which is the one offered by Viator. I realized it was way over-priced (USD 308.58 for 3 pax including transpo within Zurich). When we arrived at Lindt Museum, turned out we can purchase tickets with them for only 17 CHF per person. Train fair will not even reach 15 CHF per pax. So obviously we were kind of scammed in terms of the price. In addition, Lindt does not accept Viator vouchers but only vouchers/tickets released from their Museum. So be careful. Lindt staff were very kind to help us out in explaining and translating what happened and in the end, the driver of Viator bought the ticket for us since we paid them for it. The thing is, it took time and a lot of discussions before it was settled and of course the stress it brought us seeing that our USD 308 payment is gone to waste and listening to the arguments between the driver, Viator representative and Lindt staff. So if you see that Lindt website shows no availability in their calendar, call or visit them directly instead and I am sure they will find a way to accommodate visitors as best they can. No need to use any 3rd party group anymore.

Your transportation company in Zurich is at the least incompetent and at worse antisemitic. The moment the driver heard my kids use Hebrew words in conversation his attitude toward us changed. He asked us to call him 15 min before we conclude our visit, however kept us for over 90 min waiting for him to pick us up. At the end he never showed up and sent another car to pick us up . A small Toyota to pick up five passengers . I declined and took a private taxi to get back to our hotel.

The entire tour just involved a car dropping us off and picking us up. The actual tickets at Lindt were 17 chf per adult and 9 for a child. This was way overpriced. It would be good to price this a little lower for the amenities involved.

We enjoyed the tour of the chocolate factory and because it was booked out to the public we were fortunate to be able to book with Viator. It was well set out and lots of samples given to visitors .
We were disappointed with the driver - using the phone while driving , talking on phone as he took us into the factory to organise tickets and then told us he would be back at 12 all while still talking on the phone. He was not back there at 12:30 so I messaged and he said I will be there at 1 :00 to pick you up. We had to rush the experience thinking he would be back by 12:00 when we didn’t have to as he was late to pick us up.

Great drivers to and from Lindt. Enjoyed the self guided tour and tasting the samples was a highlight and seeing so many different options in the Lindt store that are normally not available to us in the Midwest of the US.

Much over rated(100CHF per person is too much). And because of changing our schedule from 10 to 11 we got late for our flights(we got notification for changing our schedule after 11.45 pm so we came to know about this only in the morning)

This one was tough. We did have a driver pick us up on time but he never received the tickets that I already paid for. We were supposed to start at 12 (which we’re already paid for) and they only had tickets for 1:30. We sat at the cafe and had a little nibble then proceeded to just a self guided tour. We were supposed to have a private one. The people at the desk didn’t even know what to do for us. Ended up fine but I would definitely check what you’re paying for.

This tour was terrible. We booked a 1pm tour. When we arrived, we were told we needed a QR code (we only had the barcode from Viator). When we contacted Viator, after being on the phone for 50 min, they said the tour operator sent the QR code to us by WhatsApp. We were never told that AND we do not have a Whatsapp account. Viator could not tell us where this code was sent. Then they said we needed to take a 4pm tour (we already had ticket for something else at that time). Viator gave me an incorrect number for Emo tours, the tour operator. I finally connected with Emo tours and they said oh well, there are no tickets available for the time we reserved! I asked for a full tour refund. I am still waiting for my refund. Terrible experience.

BEWARE, this is a fake site. I booked this tour with my child and waited at the pickup point for 30 minutes. Since no one arrived with a name sign as indicated on the confirmation, I asked the hotel to call the phone number provided on the confirmation, and was told the ticket was not valid, and there are no tours contracted. I lost the money, and had a disappointed child on my hands. Do not book this.
