Multiply trains with beautiful scenery. Takes a train from Zurich to Chur the a train from Chur to St Moritz through the UNESCO countryside. Finally a tour of St Moritz than back on the trains. Breathe taking. Selma was the perfect guide for our group of 10
This particular tour was cancelled on us at the last minute and we went to Lucerne instead. Not worth the money we spent.
The train is very picturesque and a great experience. Very comfortable and fantastic views the whole way. The only problem we had was that the time in st moritz felt very rushed. It felt like we were only off the train and then had to rush to get back on again. We would have targeted have a bit more time there before getting back on the train again for two hours.
It was a beautiful day made better by the views. Stunning. Everything we could have hoped. The trains are such a nice way to experience the route. What made the experience over the top was our guide, Salma. She was such a personable delight. We learned much more then the tour. We learned culture, history, personal experiences and just a really good time during the train ride. SHE made this trip great!!!!
Good experience overall except for the fact that our guide was late and our group of five women were anxiously waiting at the meeting point.
I took my 84 year father on this trip and it was magical. The tour guide was very attentive to his needs and my dad thoroughly enjoyed the whole day.
Meeting location was easy to find and a perfect location to catch the train. Our tour guide, Rocky, was friendly and very informative. My wife and I plus another couple were the only ones on the tour which made it very easy to communicate with our guide. It was almost like a private tour. Rocky also provided us best locations to take photos. Very enjoyable tour.
You should give detailed meeting instructions , i was there 45mins before dept, I couldn't find the group leader, no flag, no sign nothing and I've lost $584aud.
I came all the way from Australia to do the Glacier Express so disappointing, and I'm a pensioner.
Absolutely fabulous Mary did a fabulous job of explaining everything we were doing. When we got to the top, she showed us the pictures of all the cars that were involved in the show as well as the race track absolutely fabulous.
First you cancel our tour that was confirmed before we arrived to Zurich ( under my wife name) later on we do another reservation( under my name) for our last day at Zurich ( Feb 7 2026) and as per our bad experience with the other reservation, my wife begins to send message at the App because we were at the meeting point since 9:20.... 9:30 and as the time pass NO ONE CAME IN asking for our names, NObody with any ID we could identify, we asked several people around, some time looks like guides and we try to call and call does not go thru NO ONE came in and again with situation with the internet connection when we finally connect with someone told us the they were there ( TOTALLY FALSE) and they leaves since 28 min ago ????? It was a very disappointing situation and how you guys work with customers it's not a good one. We are waiting for our refund? Trying not to loose our last day on vacation we had to book an excursion to the city.

I will never had so BAD experience and

**SCAM ALERT, DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY***. We arrived 20 mins early for only to wait for no host or guide to ever show up or notify us. Now we have to go through the refund process and we are stuck with no plans and a full morning / day wasted. Please be careful.
Words can’t express how much we enjoyed this tour! Michelle was an outstanding tour guide! She made sure we saw and visited everything we wanted in St Moritz. The views were unbelievable but most importantly our guide made us feel like we were on a once in a lifetime trip. I honestly hope you book this tour my sister, mom and I wish we could go again.
