An absolute masterpiece of a tour that exceeded every expectation! If you are looking for an exceptional way to experience Zürich, look no further. I did this chocolate tasting walking tour today, and it was truly remarkable from start to finish. Going in, I anticipated a lovely afternoon of walking through Zürich and tasting sweets, but the experience completely surpassed my expectations. Our wonderful guide, Vesi (I know I spelled that wrong), was absolutely phenomenal. He beautifully paired some of the fascinating historical context about Zürich with the captivating backstories behind each artisanal chocolate shop we visited. His passion and expertise made the entire walk engaging and thoroughly educational. As for the tastings themselves, they were incredibly generous. If you have ever wondered whether it is possible to hit a limit with chocolate, the answer is undoubtedly yes. Several boutiques offered unlimited samples of some of the most exquisite, high-quality chocolates I have ever encountered. Every time I thought I had the absolute best thing I’ve ever eaten. That was my favorite thing, we went to a new shop and something there blew my mind. The sheer variety of premium chocolates, topped off with the artisanal gelato, makes this tour an outstanding value. To put it into perspective, I recently spent ten days in Croatia enjoying gelato daily, and the gelato shop on this tour far surpassed that quality. Frankly, it was superior to any gelato I have had in Italy as well. This tour is a flawless blend of culture, history, and indulgence. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough!

It was a wonderful introduction to the city. Our guide pointed out prominent sites & it was just the right amount of information; not overwhelming, but sufficient. His driving ability was superb as it was a very busy time in the city. I think any first-time visitor to Zurich would appreciate this tour.

We cannot say enough about our wonderful day with Viktoriya! She showed us so many highlights of Zurich plus some other sights we were not aware of. She knew the dates and historical details of the many places we visited, which we were not expecting, as that would be something you would normally only get with a tour guide expert. She has a contagious passion for Zurich that makes you, as a tourist, feel fortunate to be a part of. We enjoyed our day very much and highly recommend Viktoriya as a local guide!

We had an amazing experience on the Zürich City Tour with chocolate tasting and lake cruise today! Our guide, Ben, truly made the day unforgettable. He was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and shared so many fascinating stories about Zürich’s history that brought the city to life. We especially loved the chocolate stops—learning about the origins of the chocolatiers and visiting the shops was such a treat. The lake cruise was the perfect finishing touch, with beautiful weather and stunning views. Ben’s enthusiasm and storytelling made the whole experience so enjoyable and memorable. We really enjoyed this tour. Our guide was very informative and we learnt a lot. Wasn’t overbearing with dates etc, just interesting facts about Zürich and Switzerland, while walking around town. Ferry ride was a great way to finish. Definitely a must do.

Our tour guide, Daniel, was very punctual, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I collect Christmas ornaments from places we travel to, so one of my goals for this tour was to obtain those. My fault for booking the tour on Boxing Day, when only the souvenir store in Vaduz was open. Daniel tried to help us find places, with no luck. And it was a cloudy/foggy day, so we could not do the cable car in Bregenz (we could have chosen, but would not have seen much). Daniel was quick to have an alternate plan. In every location, he never hesitated to snap a photo of my husband and I. This tour was a good mix of locations and time spent in each. We spent the rest of our week in Zurich, so it was nice to get out and see different areas. I would definitely recommend this experience.

Great tour guide - Carsten - a giant personality to match a giant man!! The tour was great - informative along the drives, decent number of breaks. Great views and although you go on three gondolas to get to the top, they all felt safe and secure, even for someone with a fear of heights.

We had a beautiful day trip into the Alps from Zürich. Joshua was informative and took us to our honeymoon spots that we hadn’t visited in 40 years - Lauterbrunnen and Murren. He also made sure our adult kids got on the right train to travel further up in the mountains for an extra day of skiing. He also made us a tasty awesome raclette lunch. It was a fun, beautiful day.
