The car and the tour was great. We expected the same type of car service back and they sent a regular taxi. The tour was too expensive for a regular taxi.

The price was inflated for the pickup and the Lindt museum tour. Our driver was pleasant; however, after paying 340 USD for the tour for two people I was perturbed to find out the entry ticket was only 17 CHF and we did not have transportation back to the train station. We had to pay the driver another 50 CHF to come back and pick us up.

We would like to clarify that this booking included a one-way transfer and ticket arrangement package. The pickup location was near Zurich Airport (outside the city), which is subject to different conditions.
As tickets were not available online, we arranged them as part of our full service package. Please note, we operate as a supplier, providing both transportation (Mercedes-Benz V-Class) and ticket organization. Return transfer is included only if the drop-off option is selected.

Even though the description mentions hands-on chocolate making with a chocolatier, that is NOT what you’ll get. This tour is just entry to the museum (self-guided). Plus, the tour was supposed to start at 10am; however, Viator does not purchase tickets in advance, so when we arrived at 9:30am, we were told the 10am entry was sold out and had to wait till 10:45am to enter the museum.

Waited for over 20 mins. No one arrived for the pickup, no response. Viator should monitor these posts. Appears to have been scammed.

Do Not do this tour.
Our transportation never showed up so we took a cab. When we got to Lindt, we never received our QR CODE to get in and it was sold out. After much dispute and conversation, the manager found 2 tickets with a tour that we could use.
It was a stressful way to have a sweet experience.
This is an absolute waste of money.
You can pre purchase tickets for 17 Swiss Franc per ticket and taxi both ways would still be less than the $320 for this rip off.

Sorry. We already massaged you that, because of serval issues there was a mistake. But with in 5-8 minutes our chauffeur was there for pickup but because of serval problems we didn’t organize tour smoothly . Basically you got tickets and with pickup facilities and also found full refund in a minute without paying anything . Because of some issues we done everything free and we also paid your tour and transfer.

Good car with a nice driver for pick up from the hotel. The price is huge to expensive for that service. If you want visit the Lindt Chocolate museum, go by yourself

We were scammed, payed triple with a site offering a chauffeur to the factory. When we arrived, we were informed we could’ve bought tickets there for much less.

Sorry, ma’am but this tour wasn’t about tickets only. It’s was also transfer. So we booked for you a black Mercedes Banz V class. It wasn’t a random car. We always try our best to give best service and as also informed you everything. And we had mentioned there everything. Thank you

This was a rip off - did not deliver as promised and was incredibly overpriced. Booked it because my daughter really wanted to go to Lindt museum and there were no online tickets for weeks. The guy picked us up in a taxi, had no idea that he was supposed to supply the tickets. He was able to get them inside - from the counter! So instead of a $20 cab ride and $34 for two admissions we paid $297 USD.
Also could not get in contact with Viator while overseas to report this.
