Total scam! 100% You do not need this to go into the Lindt chocolate museum, tickets are cheap at the museum even the receptionist told us we got scammed. Price is overly exaggerated. Paid almost 80% up charge.
Super upset with the service provided, our ride arrived over 40 minutes late, wasted our morning. Do not get this service just take a regular taxi or boat ride over to the museum.

I have been mislead by the offering of tour operator and viator. They charged stating pick up from hotel but there is nothing. Only lyndt factory tickets which can easily be purchased online. DON'T GO FOR THIS.
