Factory was not overly crowded but having tickets ahread of time with no set schedule is a major convenience.
The museum was very interesting. Laid out nicely and learned quite a few things.
Of course the chocolate was amazing!!!

I tried to get tickets for a specific day and they were already booked up through the website, so I tried on Viator and got flexible entry tickets with no problem. The tour was great and my college age kids had a ball!

I feel like this is a must do when you are in Zurich. However, I found the tour disappointing. It was so crowded you couldn’t read the displays. You only saw a video of how the candy is made, we did not see the candy actually being made. And the special piece at the end- watching that ball each and every time while waiting your turn was exhausting. I feel it was a waste of time and money.

The Lindt Chocolate Museum was amazing. We learned all about the history of Chocolate. Plus we got lots of samples!

Very unique experience, I've thoroughly enjoyed it. Very well organized with detailed narration in almost all languages.

It was very easy and convenient to have the flexible entry. I did find this viator pricing to be very expensive compared to the Lindt website but we had no choice as I didnt book early enough for that option. Worth a visit especially if you are interested in the history of Swiss chocolate in general.

Was it a little underwhelming? Perhaps. But at a time when all the regular tickets were sold out, this option got me in, so it did the job.

Fun stop that provides the history of chocolate. Plenty of free chocolate samples. Lots of tourist so give yourself plenty of time if you want to hear the entire audio guided tour.

Great tickets when Lindt is sold out and your family is on vacation and really want to go see Lindt! Yes more expensive that normal tickets but that was expected.
The fact that these tickets were “go any time” it worked great since we flew in the same morning.

Great fun, interesting exhibitions and some
Tasting too.
Enjoyed by the 3generations we went with ….

It's a must visit. We just had a challenge looking for our ticket with the barcode. Fortunately, the Lindt staff was kind enough to help us with the Viator link. She also mentioned that many Viator visitors had similar problems.

Easy to use the Viator service - my tickets came immediately and the experience was excellent - good for adults and kids and lots of free chocolate

So many chocolate samples! Yum. I liked visiting, but would recommend going anytime other than first thing in the morning. It is very busy! Audio tour is informative and you are able to skip parts if it doesn't interest you. There are some interactive areas for smaller kids too.

Hassle free and great experience. The entry process was smooth and the experience witnessed inside was above expectations. Highly recommend if booking via Viator!

A beautiful museum of chocolate filled with lots of interesting facts and chocolate artifacts. Shows you the process of making chocolate and of course there a few samples as well. I would say it is a bit expensive but worth one time going. The tour takes between 1-2 hours depending on how much you listen to read. The self-guided tour was simple to use.

This was a great opportunity to have the flexibility of time. Our flight in from overseas was late so being able to see the chocolate museum on our own time was perfect.
Robert_S, May 2026
The Lindt tour was great, but despite the Lindt website showing sold out they did have availability and it is nearly 1/3 of the price compared to Viator.

Excellent customer service from Daniel he was very helpful to me as a confused visitor:) I am very happy with my experience
Jamila_U, May 2026
Excellent, it was worth the money for the last minute ticket. If you can’t find ticket on the main website this one site is worth the deal.

Such an enjoyable experience! We were impressed with the level of interactivity of the exhibits, the museum environment, exceptional guest care and, obviously, the chocolate! Would recommend!
Kirsten_R, Apr 2026
The tour is priced at 3x what you’d pay on the website and if there’s any snags with the booking, Viator’s customer service is nonexistent.

The experience was great. It's far cheaper to buy directly from the lindt website, but when we went all the times were sold out.
Sharon_V, Apr 2026
Would highly recommend. The museum was well worth it and very interesting. Also got to sample some delicious chocolate

Super fun and easy to move through. The chocolate sampling is great fun too. The shop and Cafe at the end are also lovely.
Emily_n, Apr 2026
Lots of chocolate samples to try, enjoyed the experience however, very expensive for the short amount of time spent in the museum.
