Admire from the outside the Church of Our Lady (Fraumunster); enjoy the pretty buildings of Limmatquai; and admire the exterior of some of the world’s finest museums.

We took the city tour for 2 hours. Don’t waste your time & money. Once we got started,fyi…it’s prerecorded. What was in the audio didn’t match where we were! Left us puzzled as what are we looking at except the obvious was the lake! 2 hours included dropping off people for 2 other tours or addition to the city tour.
I give a lot of credit for bus driver on the narrow streets, u turns as well as construction going on. You’re on your own once you board the bus, plug in your ear buds right away. The driver never made on announcement that the audio was starting.
Details in meeting place tells you the color of building but it would have been helpful to say..”it’s a major bus parking lot”. Original reservation gave another address.!

We are surprised by your statement. Are you sure you took part in our city tour with audio commentary? It is a state-of-the-art system that works with GPS and virtually guarantees that the correct commentary is played at the relevant sights. The audio commentary starts as soon as the tour begins and the bus leaves the check-in area. There is no particular reason for our driver to announce this.

Had an accident and no one form yourself or the bus operators company contacted us to check if we fine. We didn’t get to complete the tour.

Dear Clarissa C. We have tried to explain why it took our employee so long to get to the scene of the accident. Fortunately, neither our guests nor passers-by were injured, but four ambulances were on standby just in case. We regret that the tour could not be completed, which is why our guests received a full refund. Overall, we regret the circumstances, but we are grateful that only our bus was damaged.

The info was fine, and bus was comfortable, but our ride was 1 1/2 hours with a 15 minute stop. Pretty pricy for an audio tour. Would have preferred a live guide, or more stops.

A basic bus overview of the city. However window placements did not allow full viewing of both sides of the bus. So we missed half the route.

This is a basic overview sitting on a bus with an audio guide describing some landmarks as you pass them. Depending which side of the bus you are on, you will miss some for sure. Zurich has a rich history so it's a good starting point but you experience so much more walking. Unfortunately when your limited in time, this is an ok option.

We very much enjoyed our bus tour of Zurich. It had some great historical and cultural information and gave us a great overlook and views of the city. Our bus driver was very friendly, funny and helpful.
A great way to spend a couple of hours if you find yourself with some free time, well worth the effort.

This is around 2 hours tour covering best places in Zurich . For me it's not worth as time is not sufficient to explore the city. But something is better than nothing

I had one day in Zurich and chose this trip as a way to see the city. Tour was as advertised, left on time with a courteous driver. The audio commentary was informative and the trip gave a nice overview of city highlights. Upon completion, I was able to visit some of the places we had seen.

You need to redeem a paper ticket from
Box office which was not clear to many people. Late departure by 10 min. Initially commentary did not match where we were. The stop along way scheduled ten minutes was over 15 minutes. Then last part was stuck idling in traffic for over 25 minutes - yes that can’t be avoided but nearly 1/4 tour with traffic should be advised. Would have been good to have a higher up point for photo opportunity
