We wandered around for about an hour, and never could find the pub. I paid for the activity, but never found it! I talked to the guide, but could not understand the directions.

Not suitable for kids, the bus was great to cover ground but the guide focuses on the DRIEST of history. Super knowledgeable, he spoke very fast about the architecture, year things were built, communism and did not spend a lot of time on themes or details kids would have found interesting. The bitter cold did not help us, and I think the whole tour was happy we left early!

Small group tour with a private guide. Guide was very knowledgeable but as we walked many of us couldn't hear him. Highly recommend earpieces for the tourist and the guide be miked as we do the walks. Be aware that there is quite a bit of walking, which we were not aware of. Water and coke products were not served until the very end of the 3+ hour tour leaving us all very thirsty. No wonderful Polish chocolate candies were served. Instead the guide opened what looked like an old tin can of wrapped candies consisting of taffy, hard candy, etc. Extremely disappointing and not what was advertised in the booking. The guide and driver were very accommodating of the different drop off points we needed at the end of the tour.

Had a great experience with this Warsaw tour. I only had a few hours in the city, and this was exactly what I needed. The tour drove us around while we learned about Warsaw’s history, and we got off the coach at key spots for short walking visits. Perfect for anyone short on time but wanting to see and learn a lot. Also, I want to commend the company’s professionalism and ethics. There was a small pickup mix-up (no one’s fault), and I was worried I’d miss the tour. Instead, they quickly sent a van to get me and added me to the group, truly 5-star customer service. Great company, great people, great tour!

Very informative. Good communication prior to the tour. The tour guide was quite good and helpful. A funny story: the tour guide was very tall and his strides always made us walk faster to keep up with him. Anyway, he was very respectful and polite. My negative comment is that the order in which we did the tour was opposite to the description. Maybe, it was because of traffic or something else.

Krystof was a very good guide but one of the reasons I chose this tour was the panoramic view mentioned in the title and corresponding photo in the description. However, although the tour ends at the old town square, no mention was made of the view from the observatory and I had to discover that later on my own. Too much time spent on a walk through the park to the Chopin statue.

The van arrived 25 minutes late. The tour guide spoke very fast. He started talking about an area once he departed the bus, not waiting for the entire group. He was rude . We actually had to leave the group after 3 hours to find a toilet since it was not offered.

It was a beautiful morning and a great tour. Chris (I think) was our guide. He was born and raised in Warsaw so he had very extensive knowledge of the places we visited. Got to see quite a lot in the three hours. He was also a lot of fun to be with. Our driver did a great job as well and the vehicle was modern and very comfortable. I would recommend this tour.

Chris did a great job of helping us understand more about the old quarter, the Jewish ghetto and the beautiful Warsaw Park that we visited. Some walking, but mostly getting us around from these three areas quite distant from one another and the mini bus was very comfortable. Highly recommended and Chris was up to the task of answering all of our questions.
