- The vehicles are used primarily for transfers between locations, with walking segments at each stop. Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear.
- Please note that classic vintage minibuses are not equipped with air conditioning, and some do not have seat belts (which is permitted for historic vehicles). All vehicles are equipped with heating for the winter season.

I can't say enough...our tour guide was Konrad. He is brilliant. So nice and personable, so very knowledgeable...I don't know how he remembers all the history but he does and delivers it in perfect English. He was so flexible to our needs and so passionate about his city. He brought WWII in Warsaw to life for us. It was better than I had hoped. I highly recommend this tour. Well worth it.

Excellent excursion. Guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and sharing. Tour took us through parts of Warsaw only some one who knows the city and it's WWII history well. The tour gave one a real idea of what it was like for the people of Warsawat that time.

I thought he was very knowledgeable about the World War 2 events. He showed us all the important places and shared with us the history of each place. I would recommend him and give him 5 stars.We enjoyed his car very much and it was nice being driven around the city.He also recommended some restaurants and museums for us to visit.

I enjoyed this tour very much. Tom is great tour guide and provided the historical context that made the rest of my stay in Warsaw so much better. The tour was broken up nicely between some of the most important events in Warsaw during World War II.

What stood out most was the way Conrad made the tour both educational and deeply moving. He struck the perfect balance between explaining the historical background and helping us reflect on the significance of what we were seeing. His warmth, professionalism, and ability to answer every question made the experience even more meaningful.
The vehicle that we used during the tour however is not what was in the description. It should be a car and not some kind of a mini van. The seats were uncomfortable & it was difficult to get in and out of the vehicle for a senior small lady like me.
I would recommend this tour but be sure to ask that you get the vehicle shown on the tour descriptions.

This tour was amazing! Martin was so knowledgable. It’s rare to find a tour guide who can “riff” on a topic or tailor the tour based on your interests and Martin did this very successfully. We were with our two teenage sons and he held their interest with a mix of history, narrative and drawing parallels to current events. He took us all over town and we got out of the van repeatedly to get closer to key landmarks and really appreciate the setting. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing tour. Marcin is a wealth of information and we learned so much about the history of Poland both during and after the war. The sights we were taken to were explained really well and the additional historical background provided made the experience much more rewarding. I highly recommend this tour.

Drive around Warsaw with WW2 sites. Keep in mind the history is quite intense so be ready for a hefty dose of realism… wonderful historian, a teacher and excellent educator. He constantly checked on our comfort and if we had any questions

We had a wonderful time with our guide Lukas. He drove us around in a Zuka van and showed us many places of interest regarding WWII. He was very interesting and open to any suggestions of locations we had. The ride was fun, the tour was fun and Lukas took good care of us.

We booked this tour last minute and were hesitant as although we know some history of WWII, I wouldn't classify us as History buffs. Marcin our guide picked us up at our hotel promptly in his Zuk and it was immediate that he definitely knew his subject matter. However, at no time was he boring or did it feel like a lecture. It was more of a conversation. His informal way of explaining things made this tour excellent. He answered all our questions and took us to places - well away from the tourist spots and off the tourist maps. Could highly recommend this tour regardless of your knowledge level of the History of WWII, Poland or indeed Europe. We have come from this tour with a much greater understanding of that time period and how it reflects on todays struggles. Highly recommended. Marcin was a great guide who I would gladly tour with again.

This was a fantastic tour! My guide, Karol, was very knowledgeable about many topics beyond WWII in Warsaw. I had studied the Warsaw Uprising from 1944 and the Ghetto uprising before it. We were able to have in-depth conversations about many different topics that occurred during the war and in its aftermath. There were many very powerful moments, from walking around the rebuilt Old City to visiting the memorials to the Ghetto Uprising and 1944 Uprising. By far the most moving and powerful moment was visiting the command bunker for the Ghetto Uprising at Mila 18. It is still being excavated and a museum dedicated to the Ghetto is being planned. Being able to be that close to such powerful history, while walking over the pulverized ruins of the Ghetto, was beyond words. Everyone should take this tour and visit there. Thank you for providing such a knowledgeable and personable guide!

Outstanding tour hosted by Karol. We did a private tour which was a bit more expensive but well worth it as we were able to customize our visit to our interests and ask questions along the way. Karol was extremely knowledgeable about not only the historical facts but also the broader complex political dynamics across this period. This was the best! Timely pickup, friendly and fun guide who shared and also listened! Created an individualized tour for me as I had seen many of the sights already and he still found a great amount of things that I had not!! He even offered more time with me and I gladly took it! Great mix of Polish history leading up to WW2 as well as many off the beaten path items you may not ever see or find on your own or with a less invested guide. I highly recommend this tour!!

The Warsaw for WWII Buffs was excellent. The tour guide is a historian of the eras of Poland and presented the facts of the WWII period and the following Soviet time in a very interesting and understandable way. We were shown behind the scenes of Poland that other tours did not include. We also enjoyed traveling in the 1974 Zuk

It all starts in a Zuk! Marcin was a great guide that takes you through Warsaw and polish history on his green Zuk van - we got an inspiring and engaged tour in the day that left us filled with awe and respect of the polish history - would absolutely do it again
